Wrinkles are the patches of unsmooth skin formed due to aging factor or glycation. These wrinkles appear due to the improper amount of water in the skin and thus grow unevenly. It automatically comes as the person gets old but to some it comes at the early stage of life, which looks awkward. These occur due to improper nourishment, sun exposure, dehydration, smoking and various other factors.

One of the reasons for wrinkles found in the skin is degeneration of collagen molecules. It is a protein found in the skin, which helps to keep it healthy and elastic in nature. Free radicals which are usually formed with the exposure to sunlight, smoking and air pollution cause the degeneration of collagen.

By taking some of the proper measures, the aging factor of the wrinkles formation can be avoided considerably. Smoking increases the wrinkles on your skin, so it is advisable to smoke less or to stop smoking. Drink a good amount of water to avoid dehydration. Avoid too much intake of the alcohol as it causes the sagging of the skin. Excessive stress is also one of the factors for the wrinkles in skin, so practice some meditation techniques, yoga, prayers etc.

Massage your skin well, to keep proper blood flow in the body. The skin should be cleansed and moisturized well time to time. Vitamins needed for the skin cells splitting and reformation should be supplied timely. Often when the things are kept unchanged it creates the environment according to that. So avoid sleeping on face but on back. Take the healthy and rich diet to give proper nourishment and care needed for your skin.

Too much intake of sugar causes the glycation. As it gets attached to the proteins molecules and thus creating the glycation molecules. The more is regular sugar intake the more the person looks aged, thus the excessive intake should be avoided. Therefore by following some natural remedies the skin wrinkles can be avoided considerably.
