This fat intake can be replaced with proteins such as sprouts and fresh healthy glass of milk (once in the morning and once in the evening and if you are honest, not several times a day).
- Secondly, replace meat with something else. That is if you are having a sandwich with meat in it, cut down the content to half. Instead stuff it up with vegetables or a boiled potato.

A sleep cycle of 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. is the best one that you can have. - Once you have gotten comfortable with the new lifestyle, you can throw your exercise regimen into a higher gear. Start with something like swimming or martial arts or even some cardio and gym based exercises to lose belly fat. This will tone up your body significantly. Apart from that you can also start using a bicycle to go to your office or nearby places.
