Thunder Thursday
4th story of the wacky week!the real magic happens on Freaky Friday, please commmmeeeeennnnnnttttt!!!!!!!!!! I am just a young writer, and if you compare me to a professional, I'm nothing. please also give me some ideas!!
I woke up feeling very sleepy. I rubbed my eyes as I took a long, long shower. I applied the Herbal Essence shampoo& conditioner, massaging it into my hair. Once I rinsed the shampoo & conditioner out of my hair and hopped out of the shower, wrapped a fuzzy lavender towel around me and opened my makeup drawers. I applied Mocha Brown to the inner parts of my eyelids and a Chocolately chocolate to the outer parts. I also applied on mascara, a little eyeliner, and my favorite lip-gloss. I then brushed out my slightly dry hair to the other side, having my fringe to the other side too and put on a blue jeweled clip shaped like a flower and went to my closet. I pulled open the door, but quickly flopped onto my bed, snatched my laptop from my desk and surfed the Internet. Good weather today, I thought, walking back to my opened closet and choosing a dark blue Hollister T-shirt, a gray Hollister hoodie, and a pair of skinnies.
Taking out my favorite blue and green polka-dotted cereal bowl from the cupboard and filled it with my favorite cereal, with a splash of strawberry milk. When I was finished eating I looked at the clock, plenty of time for a walk with Cookie-dough! Once we came back I gave him his food, grabbed my backpack, lunch money, and slipping on my flip flops, which were a marshmallow white and walked outside under the sunny sun.
After 4th period I walked to my locker, dropped my stuff, got out my lunch money, locked it, and went straight to the cafeteria. I got my lunch, which today was pizza, and walked, to our usual table. We talked and laughed, all while eating our lunches. When the bell rang we dropped our eaten lunches into the trashcan and went to the rest of our classes.
(After school)
I went to my locker, got out my things, and stuffed them into my backpack. When I got home I went straight to my desk, did homework, and went on my laptop, and that’s when it started raining with thunder shaking through the world. I cuddled with Cookie-dough, who was shaking like crazy and whimpering like there’s no tomorrow! I got up with Cookie-dough and looked at my calendar. Oh no, I thought, as I read what was on the calendar: Lauren coming back from Florida. Her plane won’t be able to fly until the rain and thunder stops… So much for a great day, as I slid right into my bed and fell asleep with the thunder as a song…
