Three Things that I like About Tungsten Rings

Selecting the perfect wedding ring for me was not a huge problem, because I had the help of my wife to make the right decision; however a good friend later introduced me to a different type of ring, Tungsten rings. He showed me the rings and I thought, well woopty doo, what’s the difference, it looks just like the other rings made out of gold, white gold, and so on? He laughed; there are a few things which are different from those other rings. So, here is what I know about Tungsten rings:

1. These rings never scratch! Rings are meant to be worn, which is exactly what guys do. Something that gold, white gold; or even titanium aren’t prepared for is the beating it will take once it is on the finger. I am a guy, and I work on a computer most of the day, but for some reason my ring ends up with scratches on it; how does that happen? Shortly after I was married, my wife looked at my ring and asked me what I did? I just wear it. With Tungsten, these rings will not scratch. You can literally rub a metal file against the ring and it will not leave a mark. I don’t recommend trying that same test with a gold or titanium ring.
2. The ring will never lose its polish. Tungsten rings are not only tough, but they are built to maintain their shine. Something which I have noticed about my own gold ring; is that the shine and polish which was there when we purchased the ring, has faded. Not to say that I do not like my ring, but I am impressed with the tungsten touch; always polished and clean.
3. Tungsten Rings will never break. If the other two items haven’t given information on how tough these rings are, this will certainly top those off. Tungsten is an extremely durable material, so if you are a play hard, work hard type of person, these rings are built especially for you.

There are many different types of ring s out there on the market, and obviously the best choice can only be made by the buyer. I found this type of ring to be very interesting for the unique features it offers. I couldn’t believe that tungsten is strong enough to hold up against a metal file, in fact the ring made the file give off metal shavings.
