Those SCREAMING Internet Marketing Ads!
Have you opened Internet ads to find some person hollering at you at full megawatt sound lately? Well if you have not then I have some sites for you to visit to see how offensive this practice can be!
Recently I have opened Internet ads to find a new assault on my environment. It's those obnoxious audio ads that start screaming at you the minute you land on them!
It is evidently a new way to see how annoying Internet marketing people can be. If you can't wait to see what I mean then visit the sites below. I have NOTHING to gain from you doing this as I would not sign up for something to promote that does not give me the CHOICE of either learning further about the product or service or leaving the site.
To me this assault is inexcusable. This is MY computer and not the person trying to blast me into the next neighborhood with their SCREAMING ads!
So how do we start to put an end to this assault?
First, REFUSE to buy anything from these type of ads. I have no problem with the audio ads that I can CONTROL by pushing a button to learn more. But I refuse to be bombarded with ads at a high volume that nearly knocks me off my chair.
Second, contact your Congress person and Senators asking them to investigate the legality of these type of ads. Also send complaints to the Federal Trade Commission as they control the Internet Marketing.
Third, tell others about these obnoxious invasions of our privacy. Ask them to boycott the products and services promoted by these ads.
