Things are Getting Weird Around Here
This is about a girl and her brother dies and her mom and dad are already dead and she has to go to this school and when she is there, she realizes there is something going on.
The room is dark. I can hear the wind blowing outside. It rustles the windows. I feel the breeze on my bear arms. Holding back a shiver I stand up. I can't see a thing. Thunder rumbles above me. I sit back down deciding it's not worth it. My back hurts from sitting on the uncomfortable wooden chair so long.
I sigh. Waiting, just waiting, I sit still. A few minutes pass, I close my eyes and imagine sheep jumping over a fence. I begin to count them as they jump. I can't understand how this is relaxing. If anything it's frustrating because you get angry when you get far but then lose count. I give up and open my eyes.
A door creaks in the distance. I turn my head, though no good came from it because it's too dark to see your hands in front of your face.
Paige? A male voice yells. I try to put a face with the voice but there are too many faces to put with too many voices. "Why is it so dark?" he yelled again, this time sounding closer to me. Obviously he was not aware of the time or the weather.
"I'm in the kitchen. The power went out." I yelled out. Finally figuring out that it was indeed dean.
"Don't you have flashlights or candles or something?" he said a room away from the kitchen.
I sighed again before standing up with my eyes closed and hands out. I knew exactly what cabinet the two flashlights were in. I knew they both had fully charged batteries in them. My dad was one of those guys who are always prepared for almost anything you could possibly throw at them. I smiled when I found the drawer and opened my eyes. I grabbed a flashlight and hit the power button on. The room was instantly illuminated by a glowing white blue light.
I saw dean run to my side. Dean was my brother. I heard outside the window the rain poring. And the yellow light come thought the window witch was lighting.
Dean's hair was soken and his coat was wet. Dean is one of those people that are over protective of there 13 year old sisters. Dean was 6 years older then me. Dean was my gradient angle because our parents die in a car crash when we were littler.
I was scared of the dark. I was scared to move dean came over and shined the light on the cabinet to get some candles. We walked in to the living room tripping over a toy from today when we had our little cousin over.
Dean was in the bath room getting more candles when I herd a big plop. I got up scared to move I headed to the bath room and when the door was in site it shut. I ran up to it screaming for dean.
Dean! Dean! Dean, I said crying are you ok. Then I herd the window open in the bath room. Dean! Were are you going. A second later the lights were on. I ran for the itched getting a knife. I put the knife trough the door making the locket on the other side open. I held the knife out scared. I opened the door my heart beating faster.
I flinched the switches because it was pitch black. I backed up screaming! Dean I ran to his side someone stabbed him in the side there was blood every were. I did not know what to do I ran to the phone and dialed 911.
