- Massage the thighs with warm mustard or olive oil. For better and fast results, you can add one or two cloves of garlic to it.
- If possible, keep the thigh region wrapped with red flannel. It is one of the most effective home remedies for thigh pain at night.
- Cod liver oil is believed to provide relief from thigh pain at night. Take 2-3 drops of cod liver oil daily before going to bed.
- Perform some physical exercises to get relief from thigh pain at night. Try out inner thigh exercises and thigh and butt exercises.
