They Aren't Pedophiles: A Love Triangle [Chapter 2]
Chapter two of this intriguing love drama.
As Lynn hopped off the bus she remembered all the events from the day before and she couldn't wait to see the cute guy again. She ran inside and told Lopez where she would be and trotted down the street once again. With her iPod in her ears she barely noticed the cute guy and two of his friends walk by her. She stopped and turned around. "Lashea tells me you think I'm cute." He said to her. Lynn blushed. "Mhm.Kind of..." She yelled across the street. "I don't know if I'll be back, but when I see you next time, we can talk." He replied with a faint smile.
The next day as Lynn walked to the library she was nervous from head to toe. She didn't know what was going to happen, but at least she would be in Florida soon and she wouldn't have to worry about all this. As she rounded the corner she saw him with a bunch of younger elementary schoolers. "What is this kid DOING?" Lynn asked him after dropping her bag next to the bench. "He thinks that leaf is a frog. So he's eating it." He told her. She laughed and watched this kid do his wild act.
Today was going to be a crazy two hours with these people.
"How old are you?" Lynn spit out without thinking. "I could ask you the same thing." He flirted. "I'm to be 13 in two weeks. " Lynn replied thinking nothing of the tone in his voice. "I turned 18 in December." The cute guy replied. Lynn's facial expression turned from nervousness to completely freaked out.
"John." Somebody said. The cute guy turned around and saw Lashea and one of her good friends standing there. 'So that's his name.' Thought Lynn to herself. 'John the 18 year old cutie.' She liked the thought of being here hanging out with him for two hours everyday.She was ready for a stormy fun summer ahead of her. 'Let's just get Spring Break and the last weeks of school over before I start thinking about summer.' Lynn thought to herself again. 'This could be good.' And with that Lynn was off ready to make nice before summer.
