"Theirs a New Angel in the Heaven"

A Beautiful Poetical Prayer,
Dedicated to my Mother-in-law, two days after she died.
For my wife, and all her family, and all the people who came to say there Goodbye, to "Irene Gladys Galloway "
My Mother-in-law and my friend.
I wrote this for my Wife's family and I stood up in Church and read it out to over 400 crying guests.
This is its second showing in public.

Irene Gladys Galloway: Born 2nd, of May 1929................

She Died, 1.15am Thursday 1st February 2007................

Irene Gladys Galloway, Joined her Heavenly friends,

She is Born again in Heaven as her earthly life ends,

Her Mother, Sister, & Daughter, is there to open Heavens Gate,

And Welcomed her inside,

To be her Heavenly Family and her Guide,

Heaven O! Heaven is waiting in the sky,

Jesus is there when we all die;

A New Angel is Born and she is truly Blessed,

She was a Mother who was First not second best,

Irene Gladys Galloway: was a true Lady & Oxford born,

Mad on Bingo, To play, she was born,

Now she's been Liberated from all of her pain's,

So in this Poetical Prayer we remember her Name;

Please tell me Lord, Why did you take her this way?

You gave us no Warning! Why couldn't she stay?

She wanted to play Bingo at the end of the week,

A Few days more would have been her peek,

Tell us O! Lord why did you take her away?

Tell us O! Lord why did you take her this way?

The Windy Streets of Oxford Early one morn,

A long time ago in the light you were born,

Irene Gladys Galloway a Lady till the End,

A Mother, a Sister, a Daughter, A Nan, A Gran & also a Friend,

You will always be with us until our End's,

We Love You, As a Lady you were the Best,

And as an Angel my Friend, You will be truly Blessed.
