The Unexplainable Case 2 (2)

The guards started to sweat. They were no match to the Prime Minister's agents. The leader of the guards ordered the guards. "Stand down." The guards lowered they're pistols. So did the agents. The Prime Minister started to advance to the door. The leader of the guards put a hand on the Prime Minister's chest. "No guns and no agents inside." The Prime Minister nodded. To the agents. The agents immediately started arresting the guards. "I told you or it will be final." With a gun in his hand the Prime Minister stepped into the room.

Marcus heard the voices and the sounds of struggling outside. He grabbed the lamp out of it's socket and and held it in front of him like a weapon. He didn't expect company so he didn't arm himself. He braced himself for the best as his attacker walked into the room. He held the lamp in front of him. Gripping it so tight that his knuckles were whitened. "Come on Come on." Marcus silently urged. "Come on whoever you are."

The Paremedics arrived quickly as two doctors hoisted the stretcher and carried Phil to the ambulance. Two police officers got on the ambulance as the ambulance drove off. A police officer starting grinning. "Hey what's your problem man." The second officer asked. The grin widened as the officer unholstered a silencer and fired two shots. He fired at the two doctors at the wheel. The driver put his foot on the gas. The ambulance sped up and headed towards a lampost.
