"Don’t Do this!" Phil’s fake dad yelled. He pointed his pistol at Phil. "You think I won’t?" Phil held the gun at Mary’s head. "You are completely hopeless Phil. Look around you. No partners no friends just enemies and cops! Give up go to prison and let it go." Phil tightened his hand on the pistol. "I brought your pals." Phil’s fake dad said. Phil’s fake dad held up his hand. Two officers nodded and radioed someone on walkie talkie’s. The police van slowly drove slowly up to the scene and stopped. Two police officers opened the van’s doors. Men got off from behind van. Phil recognized Samuel and his two mates, Sam, Bob and a few others. "Huh?" "Don’t do this Phil!" Samuel yelled. Two DIA agents stepped up and pushed the prisoners away. "PHIL! Stop this nonsense right now!" Phil’s fake mom yelled. Phil tightened his grip on the pistol so hard that his knuckles went white. Phil sighed and slowly lowered the pistol. Phil let Mary go. Phil got down on his knees and put his hands over his head. Two DIA agents slowly walked up to Phil. They kicked the pistol away and pushed Phil to the ground. A DIA put hand-cuffs on Phil. Phil groaned. The agent pulled him up and pushed him towards a unmarked Yukon Denali GMC SUV. Phil slowly got in the SUV. Phil’s dad walked up to him. "You’re doing the right thing Phil." After that the door was slammed shut. Another agent got into the SUV. "Take him." The agent said to the driver. The driver nodded and started up the SUV. Lights flashed and the SUV slowly rolled away. The SUV was followed by two squad cars.

"Marcus!" Calvin yelled jumping into Marcus’s office. "Sir our men just got a fix on Phil’s location." Marcus grinned "Excellent, Calvin mobilize the men we’re bringing him back." Calvin nodded and started walking out the office. "Oh and Calvin I’m coming too." Calvin nodded and the door slammed shut. Marcus walked to his desk and pulled out a drawer. He took out a pistol and cocked the pistol. "Phil there is a predator and a prey. For now I’m the predator and you shall act as the prey." Marcus said and walked out of his office.

Three cars rolled down an empty afternoon street. "Something’s wrong." Phil said out loud. "Hey you know what this means?" The agent on the passenger seat practically shoved his badge into Phil’s mouth. "This means I have the right to order you to shut up!" The agent relaxed in his seat. "Pull over." Phil whispered "Shut up!" The agent yelled at that moment a parked car exploded. The explosion shook the SUV so hard that it toppled to the left side. "Oh my gosh oh my gosh!" The agent yelled. He kicked the door open. He upholstered his pistol and took cover behind the toppled SUV. The police officers around him took they’re positions. The agent looked behind and him and gasped. A rocket hit a police car and the car blew up. Two police officers jumped as the car blew up. The DIA agent fired his pistol at a building. The bullets drilled holes into the building. The DIA agent took cover. "What the heck?" He said. Phil woke up to find himself in a toppled SUV. He saw the knocked out driver and grabbed the gun from that agent. He jumped out of the SUV and immediately ran to cover as machine-gun fire erupted from nowhere. The DIA looked at Phil and gasped. "Hey you eat this!" He yelled and fired his pistol. Phil jumped towards the SUV’s hood and took cover. "This is so not happening again" Phil whispered.
