Samuel walked out of the house his two mates followed. The police officers moved in wielding 12 gauges and pistols. They knocked Samuel and his two mates to the ground and hand-cuffed them. Phil tried to resist but the officers tackled him and arrested him as well. Phil was taken into a squad car. Samuel and his two mates were also trapped. "Samuel why didn't we shoot the coppers with our 65.'s?" One of Samuel's mates asked "well stupid we're badly outnumbered and outgunned so turning ourselves in is the best way." "But we could've been heroes." Samuel's mate said. Samuel looked at him for a second and spat. "We could've gotten ourselves killed." He replied sharply.

Phil sat in his squad car and listened to the officers in the front seat. They were chatting about the prime minister and driving. "What about the prime minister?" Phil asked "Oh?" One officer shrugged "He's just doing a speech in Washington today." "Huh why?" "To um talk about peace with Marcus." "WHAT?" Phil yelled "Peace that Marcus isn't peace he's a..a monster!" "He isn't he just joined NASA. By giving NASA a few million to launch another rocket into space." "But you don't understand this friendship with Marcus is dangerous officer. Don't you get it?" The officer shook his head. "What's your point?" He asked "You shot him anyway and you shot the president so I think officer William shouldn't be chatting with you." The second officer snapped. "But the Prime Minister is going to be shot!" The two officers burst out laughing. "You're a strange guy Phil. The only guy who could shoot someone else that's important is you but now you're underway."

The assassin sat on a chair beside Marcus. "Who am I going to kill?" The assassin asked. "The Prime Minister." Marcus said "When and Where?" The assassin asked. "When the Prime Minister is doing a speech on peace with me." "Okay when?" "Tomorrow." Marcus replied. "How will I shoot him?" "You will be a photographer you'll buy a small pistol stuff it in a camera and flash it on the Prime Minister." "Okay." The assassin said. "How much?" "50 grand." The assassin nodded.
