The Unexplainable Case (54)

Phil heard the gun noises. He unholstered his weapon and cocked it. He motioned for Sam to do the same. Harry continued firing. The men spread out and took cover behind cars and behind the hanger. They fired back non-stop. Harry fired twice more. A foolish man standing too near the hanger got shot. Harry reloaded. At that instant the men took advantage of that reload and neared the hanger. Men crouched and took cover and fired. A man with an M-16 sprinted across the parking lot. He was shot by Harry. "HARRY RETREAT NOW! WE'RE LEAVING!" Came a voice. Harry nodded he fired 4 more shots and slowly retreated. Phil ran towards the entrance of the hanger. He glanced at Harry slowly retreating. Harry turned around and ran towards Phil. Men entered the door. They fired blindly at Phil. Phil took cover behind crates and fired back. A man got shot groaned once and fell to the ground. Phil continued firing at all the men coming in. A man stepped in with an M-16 assault rifle. The man fired at Phil. Phil leapt up and ran. He ran towards Harry and Sam. They to the back of the hanger. There was a back door. Little did they know men with special armor took positions behind that door. Phil opened to door took one glance and shut the door just in time. Gun fire started again. Bullets hit the metal door with a PING! The men behind the door motioned to move towards the door. The leader instructed two men to cover the door. The two men nodded. They took positions beside the door.

Phil shook his head "AARGH!" He yelled out loud. He turned his face away from the door to face men taking positions behind crates. Phil fired and motioned for Sam and Harry to do the same. Harry fired and Sam fired together the men struggled to take cover. Phil reloaded and continued firing. At that instant the door was blasted open and two men came in and aimed they're assault rifles on Phil, Harry and Sam. Phil aimed his pistol Sam aimed his pistol at the men while Harry aimed his pistol at the two men. Phil slowly put down his weapon. He raised his hands and said "I surrender." The two men nodded and checked Phil to see if he had any weapons. Phil took that second as an advantage to attack the man. He karate chopped the man. The man surprised raised his rifle but Phil outmonuvered him by kicking the man in the shins and twisting the man's hand. Phil looked to see Harry finished with the other man. Phil turned around as all the men raised they're guns. "Okay this time I really surrender."

Xavier and his guards traveled in four cars and stopped in front of the hospital. Marcus's guards spread out and struggled to stop Xavier and his men to come in they failed. Xavier walked in the hospital and headed straight for the emergency room. Marcus's men were everywhere they formed lines and tried to stop Xavier but failed. Xavier opened the door to the emergency room. He glanced at Marcus on the operating table. "Pathetic!" Xavier muttered.
