Sei's POV
I find it weird. One minute, we were looking for Rachel and here is Mrs. Brown hugging the girl my twin brother likes. "So shall we go?" Mrs. Brown asks like everything was okay. "huh? what about Rachel? we haven't found her yet" I blurted out and I knew my face was a bright shade of red. the embarrassment but then I heard a familiar laughing voice but when I looked who was laughing, it was Emily. Damn! Why does her laugh sound like Rachel's? Your just hallucinating, Sei. I scolded myself.
"Sorry," why was she apologizing for? She must have seen my confused look cause, she continued. "I interrupted your search for Rachel" she said with a wink. Was it me or was she behaving more and more suspicious? "Em. Can I talk to ya for a sec? mom, you and Sei go without us. And Sei, I'll make sure Rachel would be there soon" Jeremy said and Mrs. Brown laid a hand on my back as we went back to the company. I saw Rei looking for something anxiously when I entered and had parted from Mrs. Brown.
"Yo. Rei, what r ya looking for?" I asked. "Sei. Help me find it, please?" he put on his puppy face and it is really hard to resist if you were me. "Look for what?" now I'm getting confused. the only time I saw him looking for something was when he thought he lost the gift mum gave him (which I have no idea what it was). "a white handkerchief. Please help me look for it" he pleaded and I gave in. This must be something that belongs to Emily Brown. "Found it!" he pulled a white handkerchief from his pocket. Seriously, this guy is sometimes crazy and weird. But before I could reply, a hand snatched the handkerchief from Rei's grasp.
"Give it back!" he shouted before seeing who it was. The face was clear to me. Emily brown. "why do you have something that belongs to me?" she asked. The tone she used for my brother was totally different from when she spoke to me after she laughed. "u-u-uh" I stifled my laughter. It was real funny when the famous model, Rei Stevenson was lost for words. he looked at me and mouthed 'help me'. "He just picked it up when you dropped it" I explained. "Oh really?" her tone changed back into the same tone at the corner.
"Yea" Rei said. "Oh, I'm sorry. It's just that my dad gave it to me before he died so it's a precious item" she looked down like as if she was embarrassed that we were listening to a normal person like her. But before me or Rei could say anything, Mrs. Brown shouted out. "Em! Get changed! You got 5!" change? "Yea, okay!" Emily shouted back and turned towards us. "Thanks for picking it up and nice talking to you both" she said and turned around.
"Oh I almost forgot" she turned back to face us and ran towards Rei. She planted a quick kiss on the cheek before running off towards the girl's toilet. "Rei?" my brother was rock solid. As expected from him when the girl he likes kisses him. "did I dream what just happened?" he finally spoke. "nope" I replied and this time he didn't go rock solid. Cause he fainted.
