The Single Most Important Element for Fat Loss

If you're someone who is looking to optimize their fat loss, there is one thing in particular you must be doing. Here is what you need to know.
Many people overlook critical aspects of a weight loss program and this ends up costing them much of the results they could otherwise be seeing.

In order to accomplish fast fat loss, it will be very important that you're finding a good fat loss weight training program, looking after your fat loss cardio workouts, and then also making sure you are on a sound fat loss diet program.

When designing this diet program, the top thing that you need to do is make sure you set an appropriate calorie intake level. If you aren't doing this then you're really going to struggle because you won't be able to determine exactly what you must do to get results.

That said, here is what you should know about calorie intake and fat loss diets.

Don't Go Too Low

Many people make the mistake of thinking that if taking their calories low is good, taking them even lower is better.

Not so. When you're taking in too few calories you're going to see the metabolic rate get lower and slowly it will become harder and harder to lose body fat.

Eventually, fat loss will come to a stop and you could even start gaining weight.

A slow metabolic rate due to improper fat loss diets is something that many people experience and deal with on a regular basis, so it's vital to take steps to protect against this.

Try Calorie Cycling

One of the best ways to protect against this is to start calorie cycling. What this basically involves is going between high and lower calorie days so you can 'shock' your metabolic rate and it'll never know what to expect next.

Those who are determined to just stick with one level of calories see fewer results than those who stagger them.

So definitely do NOT think that by breaking your 'diet' one day and eating more calories you're sacrificing results. If anything, you may just be helping get more results.

Don't Eliminate Any Macronutrients

Finally, the third thing you must know is that you should never eliminate any of the major macronutrients - fats, carbs, and protein.

All three components are a vital part of any weight loss diet and must be included. It's when you start to eliminate one of these that you run into really big problems.

You can certainly adopt a lower carb or fat diet, but don't cut them out altogether.

So be sure you're keeping these points in mind as you go about your fat loss diet. Determining your calorie intake will be the single best thing you can do to see results over the long-run.
