The Rise of Roy
The first title for the story "Chen and Roy"
After Elaine and Alex's Story finished, the next story is about a young girl who is smart but once beaten by her own mother and she sometimes awfully lonely. That young girl's name was Chen Ruoh Lin.
Like Elaine's Status, Chen was in high 4A. She managed to score ace in last year examination. However, she still looked silent as she thinking of someone. Many people wondering what was wrong with her but slowly, Chen felt sleepy as she felt tired; this was the beginning of her, self-confidence.
Slowly, her vision started to clear as she opened her eyes. She was actually in her own house waiting for the moon to shine. When night falls, a huge blaze of light came from the forest and Chen feared as she thought the forest was burning but when the light slowly faded, a man with the blade jumps high for an assault at Chen's home.
With fear, Chen couldn't do anything but hide as she heard the screams of pain and suffering caused by the mysterious man. When the man finished eliminating everyone in the house, a Storm of strong wind blew strongly as the man broke into Chen's bedroom.
With the little brave she had, Chen had to stay silent as the man search for someone he was looking for but before the man was gone. Chen was accidentally made a noise. WHAM! The man cuts the wardrobe in half with the single strike, who is this man? Chen asked the man to stop killing but the man stay silent as the man mysteriously drop his weapon and started to play a piano.
The song that the man played was so beautiful that it also made Chen's eyes to tears. When the man sees Chen's tear, he apologizes for what he did. After Chen introduces herself, the man was named Roy. Roy swore himself to take care of Chen as a friend and a guardian and the time they were together, Chen and Roy started to discover their inner abilities and special relationship.
