The Right Choice - Chapter 2

Quickly I turned to Stephan, swallowed my pride and stared into his eyes.
"I need you to do me a big favor!" I pleaded. He blinked, shocked.
"What?"
"Kiss me!" I rushed out. He frowned, then his eyes lit up.
"Okay"

I opened my eyes wide but then remembered how close they were. I backed him up till we were against the wall of a station. He looked at me slowly, bemused, and then brought his lips down on mine. Before It happened I had decided that it would be horrible and smothering and that I'd just have to endure it to save my pride. So at first, I let him do all the work.

I stood there, still while he moved his lips against mine. And then it dawned on me... that it felt nice! His lips were just as soft as I'd imagined. Unexpectedly I opened my mouth and let his tongue slide in, at the same time bringing my arms up and slinging them round his neck. His hands were on my waist and I could feel the intimacy of our position burning into my skin. It was unbelievable how reactive I was to his kiss. When he ran his tongue across the roof of my mouth I thought I'd melt. Then unable to stop myself I bit down softly on his bottom lip causing him to get his own back on me by dancing his tongue around my mouth. I moaned and clutched him tighter to me. Running his fingers up and down my back, then his tongue across mine sent me wild. Before I knew what I was doing I was putting all my force into the kiss, grabbing his hair and pulling his mouth harder against mine. He groaned. But I forgot my own strength because he pulled away.

I opened my eyes disappointed it was over. He stood there rubbing his lips which were just as swollen as mine. I grinned sheepishly and glanced over his shoulder. There was no sign of them.

"Wow!" he whispered. I had to agree. As annoying as he was, the boy could kiss.
I shrugged.
"Come on. I'm hungry" I smiled, not so pissed off with him anymore, and headed to the big golden arches. I couldn't stop thinking about the kiss though. I had never had a kiss like that. Not even with Damone, who I had been going out with for half a year. I looked back to see Stephan slightly smiling.

*Stephan*

Damn! That kiss took it all out of me. And man was she strong! She nearly broke my lips! But it was all worth it. When she asked me to kiss her I thought she was joking. But she really did prove that she certainly wasn't. I watched the way she swung her hips as she pushed the doors of McDonald's open. Remembering the way she moaned...really did make me wanna grab her and smash my mouth against hers again. As if sensing my thoughts she turned to look at me. She stared at me, and I stared back, thinking she was gonna say something.

And she did.
After she slapped me across the head.

"What do you want?" she asked and pointed at the woman who was waiting for my order. Cringing, I quickly chose a Big Mac. She shook her head but I could see a smile on those pretty little lips. She reached for her pocket but I grabbed her hand. A little shock shot through our connected hands and she looked up. Quicktime I withdrew mine and instead pulled a note from my pocket.

"Let me" I insisted. Shrugging she went off to find a table. I paid, got the tray and found her sitting upstairs near a window. She was staring out of it absent-mindly. I tried to creep up on her and scare her but her head swiveled round as soon as I took one step. She raised an eyebrow and I laughed.

"How did you do that?" I asked. She dipped a fry in ketchup and shrugged.
"Good hearing I suppose" she muttered. I nodded and took a bite of my burger. I noticed she had one too. Cool, a girl who eats as much as me. Though it was obvious by her curvy figure, she didn't starve herself. She noticed me looking.

"What? I like to eat!" she cried defensively. I laughed and shook my head.
"I know. I'm -" she cut me off, "Are you calling me FAT?" Quickly I gabbled out a no. All of a sudden she burst into cute little chuckles. I realized that she was joking and joined in a little.

"No, I'm not. I think you have a nice body" I said seriously. She stopped laughing and blushed.
"Ah-ha!" I cried. She looked up, alarmed.
"What?"
"The first girly emotion" I said. She smiled and ate another fry. She was really pretty. Her curly chestnut brown hair swung to cover one side of her face as she dipped it down, exposing the arch of her neck. Her eyes were twinkling, framed by long spider-like lashes. And her mouth...perfectly heart shaped. She shook her head.

"I'm not very girly" she murmured.
"I don't mind"
"Mind what?"
"Oh, nothing" I quickly back tracked. She frowned but went on eating. She ate so neatly. I watched her eating, abandoning my own food. She looked up, fry sticking out her mouth and shook her head as if to say 'what???'. I laughed.

"Nothing" I whispered.

*Nikki*

I watched him take a bite of burger.
"Nikki" I said.
"Huh?" he mumbled.
"My name is Nikki" I smiled. He gulped.
"Cool. You already know mine" he grinned.
I nodded. I did. I also knew the dimensions of his mouth. I smiled.
It was weird.

I'm not the sort of girl to blush and giggle and twirl my hair. But Stephan was giving my normal behavior a run for it's money. I couldn't even feel annoyed at his cocky grin anymore.

Finished, I put my rubbish in the bin.
"Come on. I think I know the perfect place" I said and grabbed his hand to pull him away from his food.
"Hey I was eating that!" he moaned. I snorted and pounded it into mush with my fist,
"Not anymore!" I mocked and enjoyed watching his mouth fall open though not exactly at the squashed up contents. He narrowed his eyes, gulped his food down, and then wagged a finger at me.
"You wait" was all he said.
