The Reserves at Tanner Trails is Popular with North Aurora Home Buyers
For buyers seeking a new home in the suburban Chicagoland area, finding the right community is an important thing. Those communities close to local transportation - especially the Metra system - immediately stand out as great choices for area commuters.
Illinois new construction has slowed in the past couple years as we've experienced a market downturn. Builders are getting hit rather hard by lagging sales and increasing competition from other new home communities. One subdivision that continues to offer quality custom and semi-custom homes at great prices is The Reserves at Tanner Trails. Located along Tanner Trail in North Aurora, this community can be found directly next to Tanner Trails. Featuring homes from the high $300,000’s, you’ll find several local builders currently offering high-end homes with beautiful brick or mixed-media exteriors as well as luxury interior appointments.
Many of the homes at The Reserves at Tanner Trails exceed 3,000 square feet and include some of the most modern advances in home construction. Dual zone heating and cooling, morning rooms, large master suites and custom kitchens are hallmarks of many of the homes in The Reserves at Tanner Trails. You can also select from a variety of different home styles and customizations. There are three active builders currently constructing homes in this community including Faganel Homes, Ryland Homes and McCue Builders. Wyndham Deerpoint Homes is currently selling their model home and it’s unknown whether they will continue building in The Reserves at Tanner Trails.
This North Aurora subdivision is ideally located - close to local transportation including I-88 and Orchard Road. The community is also fairly close to the Metra station, both in Aurora and Elburn. The Reserves at Tanner Trails is also located about as west as you can go in North Aurora. It borders on the edge of Sugar Grove and there are several local parks available including Bliss Woods Forest Preserve. It’s also fairly close to the Aurora Sportsmen’s Club, Woodman’s Grocery Store, shopping along Randall Road and the Vaughan Athletic Center owned by the Fox Valley Park District.
Although it might seem to be a part of the much larger Tanner Trails Subdivision, The Reserves at Tanner Trails is actually a completely different community with completely different homes and home styles. Many of the lots in this community average between a half and quarter-acre and several back up to the surrounding forest preserves. If you are searching for a home between the high $300,000 and above, consider one of the many custom or semi-custom homes available in The Reserves at Tanner Trails.
