Golden:
He was stunned so much happened in the last few seconds. and the result of it all was a man by the name of Brian Leway laying on the ground at his feet, blood gushing from his nose and mouth. Golden was completely full of mixed emotions. the most prominent had to be the pure anger he had towards Brian. but he did have confusion, at not knowing some huge points in Lilys' past. and of course, fear, at what will happen because he had indeed struck a doctor. in the face, at a hospital.
Lily:
She grabbed golden by the arm and led him to the next room. she knew she had a lot of explaining to do and it would be easier if she started now. So as she closed the door and turned to face golden she opened her mouth to apologize, when golden interrupted her and said " I'm sorry. I know what is in your past is in your past, and you don't need to bring it up. but that's not why I punched him. I did it because he insulted you and none...None gets to do that in front of me." Lily looked at golden, and, despite herself, smiled. " That's not what I'm concerned about. I mean, yes you did just punch a doctor in the mouth, but he deserved it. What I am concerned about is the fact that I have been keeping some... serious things from you. things that... you need to know", she stated, still smiling.
Golden:
Wow. She wasn't angry that she had just punched her ex fiancee in the face. in fact, she was blaming herself. He opened his mouth to speak again when the door opened. In the doorway stood two police officers. "Are you Mr. rose?" One policeman said. Golden nodded, and the other pulled out a pair of handcuffs. the first officer said ", your gonna need to come with us then."
Lily:
NO! Her head screamed as they handcuffed her husband and put him in the police car. Just because he had done a small little thing like broken Brian's nose and knocked out one tooth, he was filing charges... and she was 5 months pregnant. her body and mind couldn't take the stress, and she knew she had to do something, somehow.
