It’s funny how some can forgive but not forgive,
They just trap themselves by the way they live.
When a grudge is held,
And forgiveness withheld,
You create a prisoner, yourself!
Trapped by feelings, damaging to your health,

Let go of the past,
And you will learn fast,
Forgiveness of enemies is revenge like no other,
Nothing gives them so much bother,
To become as a child again,
And not know the meaning of inner pain

So do more than forgive; forget.
