The Past, The Present and The Future

Nobody believes me of what you did.
She was just a simple innocent little kid.
She believed in those fairy tales and nothing bad.
The woman she grew up to be is bitter and mad.
The little girl she used to be is no longer there.
What you did affected her. Did you even care??
She'll never get back what you stole from her.
It was never yours but you're the one who took it for sure.
She blames herself fer the pain she feels.
She created a place in her mind she wishes was actually real.
She wants to go there forever no doubt.
She needs somebody's help. But shes afraid to shout.
Then she met somebody who believed her story.
The tiniest of details he listens no matter how gory.
He actually cares no matter what.
Because of him the door to her nightmares are finally shut.
She is no longer afraid to live her life.
As a sister, mother, friend and wife.
