The Names of the Seven Dwarfs

As children, fairies, pixies, goblins and dwarfs fascinated us. There are many fairy tales written by the Grimm Brothers, Enid Blyton and Hans Christian Andersen. One of the stories kids love to hear again and again is "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs". This fairy tale was written by the Grimm Brothers and was published in 1812.

In the year 1937, Walt Disney made "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" into an animation film. It was they who gave names to each of the seven dwarfs. Originally, the Grimm Brothers had not named the seven dwarfs. The table below gives the names and the features of the seven dwarfs.
