*Crystal's POV**
So there I was, walking to mathematics with Derek. I just simply hate mathematics. With all the numbers and having to remember all the formulas! I mean who would? Okay maybe Derek is but not me so I just hope that since this is my first day, the teacher would give me a little mercy! Wrong!
The moment Derek opened the door, everyone looked at me. Derek just walked to his seat without saying anything and seriously, when I'm done with this crap, he's dead! "Ah! You must be Crystal Summers" the teacher said and I nodded. He turned to the class and said "This is Crystal Summers. I want you all to treat her nicely as she had just transferred here recently from Seoul High in Korea" Hell! I don't want everyone to know about me being from Korea! I really wished I could go gender bender and beat the crap out of this teacher but then I saw a face that interrupted my thoughts!
Who was he again? Vincent. yea him. The guy I splashed juice on. We're in the same class?! Oh God! It's the end of the world!!! Woah... Crys, calm yourself down. So what if he's in the same class as you? It's not like he knows your secret or something.
**Vincent's POV**
Oh God! I knew that Derek said we were gonna be in the same classes with Crystal but why mathematics of all classes? She's gonna think I'm a freak for hating mathematics and say that it's fun and I should enjoy it... but wait. What was that look on her face? Anger? She must be still angry about that juice incident but I'm telling you, it's not my fault! She suddenly turned around and made me slip my hand.
"Okay. Crystal, you can sit with Mr. popular guy there" Professor said pointing at me. Hell! Does he want to lose his job? She looked at me and I saw a light shade of pink reaching her face. I looked over at Derek who was sitting on the other end of the classroom and his eyes showed a bit of jealousy.
Crystal walked over to me and sat down on the sit behind me. We never said anything to each other throughout the whole lesson and I could tell she was struggling by the look on her face. And I found myself looking at her notebook and I practically fell off my chair. The formula that she had used was definitely not thought by Mr. I-only-read-from-the-textbook Professor. But everything was correct on hers then I found myself small compared to her smartness. I guess she was a top student but she didn't try to boast off like Veronica. She was pretty honest and she was even able to point out the mistakes of the Professor within a few seconds after he wrote it down. Amazing! I felt myself being drawn to her and an urge went over me to try to get to know her better. But before I could say anything, the bell rang and I missed my chances after that. Even with all the classes I had with her. Altogether we had six classes; Mathematics, Biology, English, Chemistry, Science and Music. She was sitting with me for 3 classes and the other 3 are with Derek.
**Crystal's POV**
What the hell? I'm sitting with that Vincent guy for 3 classes and with his brother for the other 3?! Okay, I don't mind sitting with Derek cause he's fun to be around with and we already became close friends. "RRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGG" Finally! School Ends!
I saw Shells and Tyler at the parking lot and we chatted about how our day went while we waited for our driver to pick us up. Well, at least mine and Ty's driver. But I left out who I was sitting with when I saw a black limousine pull into the space in front of us and we looked at each other. We had told Mom not to make the ride fancy but wait. This isn't our ride. The crest is different. Just then, I saw a familiar figure step out of the car. The others must have seen too cause their eyes were almost popping out!
"Josh!" I shouted waving to catch his attention and he looked at us and walked over. "My pleasure to see her highness here. How have you been?" he kissed my hand and I realized my etiquette. I simply curtsied and giggled. "I'm fine. What about yourself?" I asked. Josh was a cousin of our own driver, John. "I'm fine. Wow. Such an honor to see you again" Josh said and he bowed to Tyler. People were starting to crowd. Josh is quite handsome so I don't blame them. I was about to suggest that he come over to tea when a voice interrupted.
"Josh! Don't talk with that commoner" Vincent said and my blood began to boil. Josh looked quite shocked as well and Vincent went forward. Derek was following him with a sorry look on his face. "What did you call Princ-." Shelly caught herself on time before she said the word 'princess'. "Vince. Don't be rude to Crys" Derek scolded and Josh's eyes popped up. He must be shocked that Derek called me that. It's probably because NO ONE except my family and closest friends call me that. Even my mother made Josh call me 'your highness'
"Sorry, Crystal" Derek apologized and I was about to say something when a girl's voice interrupted. "Why are you apologizing to her for? You guys are princes so you don't need to apologize to a commoner. Except for us, of course" a few girls sniggered. And that was finally it. My power grew from within. Now I don't use my power unless I'm totally pissed and if you want to know, my power's Nature. That includes the four elements; Water, Earth, Air and Water. Tyler's power is storm and I knew he was also angry as dark clouds started to form overhead. The earth started to vibrate as I summoned up a small fireball. Josh must have seen it cause he shouted out, "Please stop at once. I apologize in Prince Vincent's place!" Everything went calm then. I don't know why but I was shocked. Simply shocked. Did Josh just say Prince Vincent? Impossible! He cannot be the guy that I'm engaged to!
**Vincent's POV**
What was Josh doing, talking to Crystal like they were old friends? "Josh! Don't talk with that commoner" I said, clearly jealous. Josh looked quite shocked as well and I went forward. "What did you call Princ-." The girl with Crystal said. Princ? "Vince. Don't be rude to Crys" Derek scolded and Josh's eyes popped up. "Sorry, Crystal" Derek apologized "Why are you apologizing to her for? You guys are princes so you don't need to apologize to a commoner. Except for us, of course" a few girls sniggered. And that was finally it. Dark clouds formed on the sky and the earth vibrated. Josh shouted out, "Please stop at once. I apologize in Prince Vincent's place!" Everything went calm then. Then Crystal's body became limp and a car was approaching. It was definitely Veronica's pink car. And trust me, it was really all pink! Pink wheels, Pink chairs, Pink driving wheel, pink everything! It made me want to puke.
"Crystal!" Josh and Derek both shouted out and the other two just watched with shock. Since Josh was the nearest, he tried to grab her but missed and Veronica was totally oblivious to Derek shouting at her to stop her car and...
