Here are five simple tips that will create an instant landslide of weight loss...
1) Give up all red meat and pork products over the next 7 days. This means absolutely all of it! No burgers, steaks, hot dogs, pork chops, ribs, etc... etc...). The key to losing weight fast is to make it possible for your body to burn through its stored fat. Red meat and pork products are insanely hard for you body to digest - meaning that it will spend all of its time trying to break these foods down instead of destroying your body fat!
2) Consume six small meals each day over the next 7 days. Your meals must consist primarily of plant based food (especially vegetables). For example, your daily eating plan should look something like this...
--Breakfast (oatmeal, apple)
--Snack (spinach salad)
--Lunch (chicken, brown rice)
--Snack (broccoli, almonds)
