To the merciful liberating bullet..
To end all the pain forever
To erase the unforgettable past
To escape from a meaningless future
A single bullet piercing through gray matter
Eliminating my very being and existence
Ending a long winding life that came to nothing
Bless the merciful pointed cold lump of steel
Erasing all the pain flesh is heir to
Silencing the incessant noise and chaos
A split second of pain, but peace forever
End the numbness, become a part of the void
Someday when life holds no reason to go on
I will turn to you my dear friend
When it's time for curtains
