The Last Victim Chapter Twelve

18 skeletons of young men were found in David's attic. More skeletons were found in the basement but they were not intact. The doctor's body was found dismembered in plastic back. The whole discovery was a shock for the nation. People said this is a Jeffery Dahmer copycat. In the investigations he made shocking confessions. He would usually drug them and take them to his house. He chose his victims few days prior the kidnapping to plan how to approach them. He would then rape them repeatedly and expose them to various kinds of torture. He declared in the investigations that he was aroused sexually by the screams of pain. After several weeks he kills them and dismembers their bodies. At first, he dismembered the bodies to get rid of them easily, but later he did it because he enjoyed it. The urge for violence started with him when he moved with his family to another town. He couldn't forget Alex, he couldn't forget the pleasure he felt when he raped him. He wanted to do again. He wanted to feel it again. The more victim is scared the more he was into ecstasy. Everything was done according to a plan, to keep everything organized. He is a very organized person. The police refused to disclose all his confession to reporters. ''It has a very graphic nature.'' Despite that, people knew that they will know everything later. Nowadays, it is impossible to hide anything from the public. It will all soon come up. People knew that and authorities knew that.

''Have you read the news?'' Roderigo said, out of breath.

''What?'' Rouvas muttered.

''He escaped from prison yesterday.''

''Are you serious?'' Rouvas yelled.

Roderigo handed him the paper. Notorious Serial Killer David Lukas escapes from Prison Two Weeks after His Arrest. Rouvas threw the paper on the floor and yelled, ''These morons, they can't keep a serial killer locked up in prison?''

''Excuse me sir, stop yelling this is a hospital.'' A nurse said politely.

A loud scream roared in the hospital ward. Rouvas and Roderido exchanged looks and rushed to Niko's room in less than a second. Niko was lying on the floor and screaming hysterically. The room was soon filled with nurses and doctors.

''He was here, he was here.'' Niko shouted clinging to Rouvas's arm.

''He is not far then.'' He said while trying to free his arm from Niko's grip and yet the latter refused to let go. Roderigo has already run out to find him. The hospital was so quiet, so empty. Nothing and no one was there. He searched everywhere he could, he finally stopped and returned back to the room. Niko was sitting on the bed and giving an account of what happened.

''He wake me up and I found him on the top of me, he said ''I never leave a work unfinished'' I just remembered everything in a second, it started hitting me like camera shots, then I started screaming and he jumped out of the window.''

Silence invaded the room and Rouvas exchanged worried looks with Roderigo. Niko leaned over in pain, clutching his stomach.

''Ok young man, I need to examine you now.'' The doctor said firmly.

''I'm sorry but you have to go out.'' The nurse said and beckoned Rouvas and Roderigo to leave.
