The Last Victim Chapter 28

''How about the magic pills?'' Charlie asked slyly.
''Great, that's indeed what I really wanted.'' Niko answered handing Charlie 200 pounds.
''There are plenty of them as long as you have plenty of these.'' Charlie said sniffing the money.
''This party is so boring I think I'm leaving now.'' Niko muttered.
''Where are you going?'' Charlie yelled as Niko walked away.
''I don't know!''
Patrick followed him outside. It was a very cold night, despite the layers of clothes Niko was wearing he felt as if he was naked.
''Give me the car keys.'' Niko ordered Patrick firmly.
''Excuse me?!''
''You heard me.'' Niko said impatiently.
''I'm sorry, I can't.'' Patrick said stressing on the last word.
''I said give me the care keys I will drive.'' Niko shouted.
''I'm sorry Niko but I don't take my orders from you.'' Patrick said politely.
Niko was shaking from cold and anger.
''I will be allright, you know Dad is a nutter!'' Niko cried angrily.
''I'm sorry.'' Patrick insisted.
Niko clinged to his arm in panic and screamed ''Oh my God he's there! David is there!''
''Where?!'' Patrick said grabbing his gun.
In less than a second Niko snatched the keys from his pocket and jumped inside the car. Patrick tried to the open the locked door and shouting ''Niko, open up! Niko don't do this OPEN THE DOOR.''
Niko geared the car laughing wildly while Patrick ran behind the car till he realized that it's over. He took out his cell phone and called Rouvas.
''Mr.Rouvas, Niko took the car!'' he said trying hard to catch his breath.
''What?! How did that happen?! Are you telling me that he's by himself now?'' Rouvas shouted from the other side.
''He tricked me and snatched the keys from pocket!'' Patrick shouted back.
''Are you dumb? How did you let him fool you!.....he...''
Roderigo grabbed the cell phone from Rouvas and said ''Do you have any idea where is his destination?''
''He headed to the main street I think.''

''He doesn't answer the phone.'' Rouvas said quivering from anger.
''Just calm down Rouvas.'' Roderigo said.
''I don't know why he's doing this to me Rod, I don't know.'' Rouvas yelled in anger kicking the coffee table repeatedly.
''Everything will be ok just calm down now, we need to think.''
''You know what I'm thinking? He's now followed by a serial killer and he'll not miss that opportunity.'' Rouvas shouted.
''We called the police Rouvas and they will find him.''
Rouvas sat on the chair and buried his face in his hands and Roderigo could hear his breath.

Niko went to the Hearts night club and called Charlie and the others to follow him there.
''How did you get rid of the big man?'' Charlie asked.
''I fired him.'' Niko said jokingly and burst out laughing.
There was a blond man standing in the corner watching Niko intently. Needless to say he was David waiting for the right moment. He's been waiting for two hours and was watching everything since the very beginning. Niko was surrounded by Charlie and his friends all the time. He took steps towards him and said '' Is the BLS red Cadillac outside yours?''
''Yes.'' Niko slurred as he was under the effect of drugs.
''It was smashed by a truck.'' David said.
''W..ww...what?''
''You can accompany me outside to see for yourself.''
David grabbed his hands and Niko followed him like a rag doll. He wasn't actually aware of his environment. He felt himself being carried and put inside a car, he was not able to think or see clearly but he could recognize David's voice.
''You don't know how much I missed you Niko.'' David said touching Niko's face.
Then he started the car and turned on the radio.
