The Last Bite - (Rewrite)
Restarted my story because I felt it was missing more details hehe.... hope you guys like this one and comment!!
"Wake up Alex! Before you're late for school!" said my mom.
"Alright geezes!" I got out of bed and took a shower and got ready. It was the first day back at school, new people, new year and new school! I got dress and wore eyeliner and mascara. I headed out of my bedroom and into the dining room.
"Why did we have to move again mommy?" said my little annoying sister Anna.
"Because of daddy's work sweetie." she replied. I grabbed a piece of toast and went out the door.
"Later!" I closed the door before hearing their goodbye and started my car to get out the drive way.
As I got into the parking lot of the school year I saw people by their cars in different area of the lot. I went into the school building and bumped into someone by accident.
"WHAT THE!?! Watch where your going!" she said all angry and pissed.
"Well sorry dang! it was an accident, you think I mean to do that?!" I said back and turned to walked into the school. I went into class and found my favorite seat open. Which was a seat in the corner. I got there and saw the same girl about to sit there.
"This is my seat!" she said.
"Does it have your name on it? I don't think it does so sit somewhere else I was here first!" I said.
She turned around and sat at the other corner by the door. As the bell rand I saw her staring at me with anger. then I saw I guy sit next to me. Glaring at him with a smile, I turned forward to listen to the teacher.
As class ended he was walking with his friends. I was gonna go to put my things in my locker but somehow I bumped into him.
"Oh! I'm sorry, I guess I didn't watch where I was going." I said politely as I could. he chuckled while I did.
"It's OK. here let me help you." he said. he got some of my books and gave it to me.
"My names Richard and yours?"
"Alex"
"Nice name"
"Thanks... I'll see you around?"
"Yea you will."
I walked away to my locker and headed to my 1st class. The rest of the morning was a bore. During lunch I saw an empty table and sat there reading one of my book I got from the library just a little bit ago.
I saw Richard coming towards me. then I was thinking to myself.
"Why is he coming over here?? no maybe he's looking at the person behind me..... OH NO! He's looking AT me! what should I do!? Just read your book Alex... JUST READ IT!"
"Hey" said Richard. I put down my book.
"Hey Richard what's up?"
"Well.... you wanna come, sit with me and my friends I just sit over there" pointing to where he was sitting with his friends waving.
"Thanks, but no thanks I'm fine here. "
"You sure? common!? Sit with us just this once and then decide if you want to again."
"I guess..... but just this once??" I said.
"Just this once, then you can decide." he said. I put down my book and sat with them.
"Alex, this is Nina, Jake, Luke, Sam and Katherine." he said
"Hiii" I said as I sat down on an empty seat.
"Hey" they all said
They started taking about stuff and I was reading then Nina said something.
"Alex?"
"Yea?"
"If you had to pick three things what would it be?"
"Well.....I would say an iPod, a computer and myself"
"Why?"
"I don't know I live with technology I guess" I laughed at myself for saying that.
"Hahah wow... okays.." then they all started laughing and I was laughing too.
Then we started talking about a bunch of other things. It turns out they were really great!! I was soon close with Nina and Katherine. I noticed they were in my 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 7th hours.
While Jake and Sam was in my 3rd hour and Luke and Richard was in my homeroom and 8th hour. I was surrounded with friends in every class.
