The Hold
The poem speaks for itself.
You're gripping my thoughts
You're choking my lies
You're wiping my eyes from the tears I cried
You're breaking my heart.
Because you will never love me like I love you
You're in my dreams, you're in my memories
Of course you love her but, what about me.
I am not your type, then leave
Before the tears start pouring out my eyes.
I love you, I choke on the words for is this a lie.
I pounded my head with memories of you,
Taboo love, is this my goal to block my heart for only you,
Or is this a hold, The hold on my heart, This taboo dream come true.
