The Endsville 5 Golf Shots of All Time

Lots of professional players hit a mass of typical shots, trying to keep the driver in the fairway, the Nine-iron on the green, and the putt nicely paced. That's how a pro stays in the tournament. But to claimed hardware, they must mix in the fantastic shots, otherwise won't take the trophy. Here's our choice of the 5 most fantastic golf shots in history. Grab a set of wholesale golf clubs, head out to the links, and see if you can replicate these.

No.5 is gained by Seve Ballesteros, for his crackajack sand wedge shot onto the 16th green during the 1979 British Open. Seveknocked a horrific shot off the tee that stopped in a temporary parking lot used for camera trucks. Undaunted, his chip landed fifteen feet from the hole. From there he putted for birdie, and the fans went nuts.

No.4 shot on the poll goes to Gene Sarazen for a shot now known in golf as "the shot heard round the world." He was 3 strokes behind in the 1935 Masters at Augusta, and in the track on the par-5 fifteenth hole, when he grabbed his 4-wood from the set. He hit the ball illustriously, and dropped it in the cup, 235 yards away. The fans was enraptured. His opponent was cleaned up on.

Our No.3 pick comes from the Golden Bear, Jack Nicklaus. He claimed the Masters when he knocked his tee shot to 2 inches on the 16th hole par-3 at Augusta, sending the crowd into mad applause. Nicklaus' clubs have since been a best seller with golf club wholesalers everywhere.

Another Master's moment, this one from the great Tiger Woods in 2005, is number 2. You've seen this one on youtube, and it may have even conduced you to run out to the local golf club wholesaler to buy a set of Tiger's clubs. The shot came from the deep rough, dropped beautifully onto the green, broke right, and ran down to the hole. It hesitated a moment, and fell in for birdie.

Our greatest shot of all time was a short one, but incredibly difficult. Tom Watson was in impossible, literally, during the 1982 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach, and the green ran sharply downhill. The line on the chip was perfect, the ball kissed the flagstick, and dropped in. Jack Nicklaus was defeated, as Watson jumped for joy.

The amazing shot made using the right club brings success. We can buy the same sticks from wholesale golf clubs dealers, but do we possess the dexterity to make the shots?
