The End (A Vampire Story) - Chapter Ten

The whole day we practiced until we were sore. I didn’t understand how much pain they were in as I was making them work for my own benefit. Then I heard a cry. Isabelle fell to the floor. I ran to her side and saw the bruises which went all the up her thigh.

"Alright enough, everyone stop." They all stopped and turned to Ricardo and I for further direction. "Take showers and rest up for tonight. It’s a big night and it must be perfect," said Ricardo. I picked up Isabelle. "Are you alright?"

She nodded. "Thank you." I took her upstairs to my bed. "I will be right back." I ran downstairs and got ice and wrapped it in a paper towel. I put it on her leg and she gasped. It's going to be cold. "I broke it." I looked down at her leg. It was in another direction.

I can’t believe I didn’t notice that before. I gave her a wooden spoon. "Bite down." I grabbed her leg and re-broke it. She yelled at a low voice, but everyone came rushing in. "What happened?" Asked Jake and Chris at the same time.

"Her leg was broken. I had to re-break it in order for it to heal before tonight. I smiled. "Why are you smiling?" Asked Nicki. "I know that if we were really in trouble I can count on you. Demaya came upstairs and everyone stared at her. She smiled.

We all smiled. "I have the greatest plan ever." She signaled us to follow her and we did. We were in the backyard. A bunch of vampires and werewolves stood before us. I gasped. "How did you get all of them?" "Dimitri, this is my family. This is our family."

I shook my head. "No, they aren’t fighting." "Dimitri, they want to help. "Demaya, they can’t. We can’t lose them. And I would never do anything to harm your family." She looked at me. "Our family."

A woman with hazel eyes stood up and took my face in her hands. "You’re a great warrior. You are perfect as I remember." I stared at the mysterious woman our eyes attached. I fought back tears. "Dimitri, this is our real mother."

I grabbed her waist and she pulled me close. "I love you," she said. I was astonished. "And I love you, mom." She smiled.

Then a man stepped up and put his hand on my shoulder. "I am your father." He hugged me to. And there we stood in the open, of all my family and the hybrids.

We all stepped away from each other and I continued to argue. I thought about the woman, I thought were my mother and I felt the power to protect my mother. "You’re not fighting. Or you.

They nodded. We are not fighting, but they are. "You have to know something," I said thinking about Dehsarc. "Dehsarc is the one I have to kill." He took the life of my best friend. And he is going to use a powerful princess to become the King of night.

She nodded. "We know." I looked at her confused. "The same thing happened to your father and his father and his father's father. It a generation order. But they're not all just misunderstood brothers, they're also friends, cousins, and any family member.

"I think we need a big plan," said Ricardo. I nodded. We all went into the house as night fall became clear. I am ready. I really am especially with my mother and father alive I am ready to kill.

The plan was simple and easy, but it made me anxious. Everyone was geared up and ready, we walked at the corner of the forest. "Wait for Ricardo and my signals to move ahead I don’t want anyone getting hurt.

Isabelle, Demaya , Jake Chris, and Jesus with me. The rest follow Ricardo's lead. Half of my family members with me and the other half with Ricardo. Mom and dad with me please.

We all walked at a fast pace in order to get there before them. We came to a stop and Dehsarc and I stared at each other. My family was hiding, this was part of the plan.

"Brother such an amazing group." Said Dehsarc as what seemed like an army lined up behind him.

"Let's get this over with." I looked up and the moon barely peaked out from the clouds.

And tonight was the full moon.
