The End (A Vampire Story) - Chapter Seven

Dimitri's P.O.V (For the rest of the story)

I sat in a chair in a dark hole. I closed my eyes to adjust them from the dim light. Everything seemed quite, as if no one was here. I got up and walked over to a window and there were millions of them. My throat burned with so much lust for the desire of the intoxication of blood, while my stomach fought so hard to take that desire away because of the werewolf in me.

But the desire took over me as I smelled the air-filled with fresh blood from the human source. I started to act like an animal until someone came to the door.

It opened a girl with long brown hair stared at me with her devilish hazel eyes that seemed awfully desolate. She smiled at me not saying a word she walked up to me and touched my bare chest.

Her hands were cold as she caressed my hair. I took this opportunity as a time to escape. I stood there ready to go. She pulled my head down and whispered into my ear. "Miss me?" I shook my head in disbelief. "Iris? What is going on? She sat down.

"It's Dehsarc." I sat next to her in the other chair. "Where is he? Is he here? Is he in trouble?" She shook her head. "No, Dimitri you are the one in trouble." I didn't understand. "Dehsarc is in charge of this. He's going to kill you in front of hundreds of vampires and werewolves so that he can be the king of night."

I understood perfectly now. This was the plan all along to get me to trust him.
"There has to be a way to stop him."
"I don't think there is a way. I'll be right back."

My own brother? Why would he go through so much trouble to become the king of night? He can have it, if he just asked me. Simple. But, Dehsarc Rodriguez is not simple. No in fact he is my enemy and if being the king of night means so much to him, he is going to have to live with the fact that I'm not letting him take it. Over my dead body.

I stayed in the room fighting the urge to not hit something or scream or run to the delicious smell that I desire. But I left the room. It was a big, like some kind of castle or a kingdom. There were so many rooms that I got lost every time I made a turn. I even accidentally went into a bathroom.

I came to a stop when I heard Dehsarc.

Dehsarc spoke:
We must move quickly and kill him. He sighed as someone whispered to him. Yes eventually we will find my sister and she will pay for tracking Dimitri down. That is why we moved in quickly. I'm positive he is wandering about. He silenced me from his thoughts somehow blocked me, so I have no way of tracking him but if he is hiding we will find him and his death will be slow and painful. They all cheered, and clapped.

Stand up gentlemen. They all stood scooted there chairs back. "Bow to me as you're soon to be king and let us go find me sweet little brother.

I ran and as I ran I kept looking back and then. SMACK I ran into the hybrids. "Anthony. You guys how did you find me?" We tracked your scent. We knew you were in danger. "I have to find Breanna and Demaya."

I stared to walk but Aray and Jake grabbed my arms. "There safe." I nodded relieved. "How do you know?" "There almost here." I started to laugh. What the hell is here anyway? Ricardo stepped up holding Nicki's hand.
"This is you palace." I was close I thought. "Come on, we have to move they're looking for me." I walked over to Amari and Aray. "Oh just to let you know your so-called friend is Heavenly. Yeah she's a major bitch."

They laughed and we continued walking hallway after hallway and then it happened.
