The Diamond Drops in New York: 34
New chapter! Yes, it took forever, and my apology is on this page too. A sweet moment between Kyle, and Leah.
Ty and I were so confused. Both of us couldn't figure out what the hell was going on between us. It was like a roller coaster that took us up and down so many different heights, and we just couldn't find common ground.
Kyle brought out coffee, and I sat up, and took the mug from him, and drank some from it. Kyle held my hand in his, and spoke up.
"I think you need to get out of the house for a little while." Kyle says, and he helps me off the couch, and walks me over to my bedroom. I walk over to the closet, and pull out a pair of jeans, and a sweat-shirt. I really wanted to stay home, but I knew it would be a good idea if I got out of the house. I decided to just change in my closet, and I went to my bathroom after that, and put some makeup on. I dragged myself out of the bathroom, and went to the front door, following Kyle down the stairs, and out to his car.
My eyes wandered around the parking lot, and I saw Allie pull into the development. Kyle noticed nothing, instead he got in the car. I waited for Allie to get out of the car, and then she smiled.
"Oh, hey Kyle." She said, and he sunk in his seat, but waved back.
"Hey Allie." He said, and I grinned a little. I looked away and smiled.
"Well..." Kyle looked at me, and I didn't know what exactly to say. Whether to, hang out with Kyle like planned, or go with Allie.
"You and Allie can hang out if you want. I might have to run into work for a few hours too." He said, and I smiled weakly, and then nodded, walking over to him.
"Thank you Kyle." I said, and wrapped my arms around his neck, and kissed his lips gently. I smiled, and then he got in his car.
"I love you." He mouthed, and I laughed, and winked at him. He drove out of the development, and Allie and got me in her car.
"Where are we going?" I asked, but Allie didn't answer, instead she kept driving out of the development.
We ended up at the mall, which I had no idea why Allie brought me here. We walked into Victoria Secrets.
"Why'd you bring me to your workplace?" I asked her, she smiled at me, and lead me back to her office. Wait. When did she ever have her own office? She shut the door behind her, and brought down the blind that covered the window on the wall.
"Ty's having a party at his place tomorrow night. He wants us to come." She said to me. I felt like all the breathable air had been sucked away.
"Are you going?" I asked her, feeling uneasy.
"I don't want to go. Aimee is going, but so is Lynne..." I didn't know what to say.
"I have a feeling Ty will invite Kyle, just to fix this beef they have going on... but the only thing is, if Aimee and I go, Ty will pester us about not bringing you." So?!
"Well... then you shouldn't go..."
"Aimee wants to." Allie whispers, and I knew she felt ashamed that her sister would want to go to Ty's house after all this crap he pulled with me.
"Well then let Aimee go." But what was harmful in the fact that Aimee wanted to go to a party? Except that I left out the entire part that was.
"If Kyle goes, are you going to go?" She asked me, fixing a few frames on her shelves, and messing with the way her desk was arranged.
"I don't know Allie. I've had enough of Ty," I said.
"Don't you think it would be best if you went there to show him that you were over him, and that you want basically nothing to do with him?" Allie suddenly seemed to show boatloads of concern, which kind of made me feel better.
"Um..."
"You're not over him?"
Was I? Did I care that he wanted something to do with me? Did I even care that he may have wanted me or not?
"Look, I'll come to this party alright." I wanted to have nothing to do with any of this, or at least, nothing more to do with it.
"Okay, well, why don't you spend the night at my house and get ready with me tomorrow?" Allie asked, and I smiled weakly, then nodded.
"We should probably go pick a few things up from my house." Allie shook her head yes, and we walked out of the mall, and towards the car.
Allie decided it would be fun for just us two to rent a few movies, and hang out, since the last time we tried doing that, it didn't go so well. Plus, Aimee wasn't here tonight, something about... a photoshoot. So we sat together on the couch watching some scary movie, I wasn't really paying much attention, because the only thing on my mind was Kyle, and the party tomorrow with Ty. Allie was shrieking, and hiding under the blanket, so I eventually took the remote and turned it off.
"HEY! Why'd you do that?!" She asked, I honestly had no idea she was interested.
"Well you looked like you were going to pee yourself Allie!" I said laughing, and she blushed, and hit me with a pillow.
"So what's the deal with Kyle? Have you guys gotten serious?" She asked, and I looked up at her, and then back down at the remote.
"He said he loved me this morning..." Allie shrieked again, but then brought herself back together.
"Oh! That's so sweet! The only thing I'm going to say is, be careful," I kissed Allie's forehead, in a friendly way, no worries!
"I will. I'm so glad you're here today, I think I have had enough of boys for one day." She grabbed my hand, and laid it in hers.
"Girl, I will always be here for you."
My phone started to buzz, and I reached for it, seeing these words, that seemed like they had just shattered every moment in my world.
Kyle,
I love you so much. I just don't know how to tell you this, and I don't know how to say it without making it hurt. Please, meet me somewhere. Anywhere, just be with me, now, because I don't know how much longer we'll have to be together....
Yep, my world shattered, because what hurt most was, I had no idea what the heck he meant. All I knew was that I was so madly in love with Kyle, and it suddenly killed me on the inside to hear these things he said, and not know anything about my future....

I have been BOMBED with homework, I've been out-of-town, my laptop gave me trouble! No excuses I know, and if you stopped reading because I stopped posting for a month, I understand. I really still hope that you guys will still read my chapters, because it's great inspiration!
