The Creatori 6
What’s going on? Callie’s just turned 16. But things are weird. On her way home she finds out that two of the neighbor's sheep have gone missing. No big deal right? But then she finds them outside her house, dead. Then upstairs in her bedroom, there’s a beautiful man sitting on her bed. Callie’s life is turned upside down as she finds out she is part of a species known as Creatori.
The reasin why Rhys had done that whole serenade thing in Oakfield was because in my story, he pronounced his love for me to the whole mall. I groaned and thuped nyself for being such a stupid and hopeless romantic at fourteen. I let myself in, called to see if anyone was in and, satisfied no-one was, shrugged off my jacket and grabbed some snacks from the kitchen. As u turned around I shrieked and dropped my two coke cans, packet of sweet popcorn, walkers and Cadbury’s bar. Max was at the door staring daggers at me. I was staring daggers at ny food.
"For fuck's sake Max! Can you stop creeping up on me, jeez!?" I shouted as I knelt to clean it all up. By the time I got to the floor, everything was gone and I was pressed up against the fridge; my head squashed between two pieces of plastic pineapple and my school timetable. Max's nostril's were flaring as he stared at me. As i was about to speak he pressed his mouth against mine roughly. I couldn't help it: I kissed him back. I wrapped my arms round his neck and stood on tip-toe. Max's kisses were the stuff of heaven. His lip's were soft and gentle and he kissed like an expert; the things he could do with his tongue! When he pulled back, he rested his forehead on mine and searched my face.
"Was that honestly better than Rhy's kisses?" he whispered. I froze and moved away from him.
"What?!" I hissed.
"I said-"
"I know what you said!" I put my hands on his chest and shoved. He stepped back, I pushed around him and stomped up the stairs knowing that it wouldn't matter where i went. I sighed as I saw Max perched on my bed and frowning at me.
"What'd I do?" he complained.
"You ruined a perfectly good moment by being jealous and annoying!" I shouted. He raised an eyebrow and smirked.
"So you admit it was a perfectly good moment?"
"I'm not gonna lie. It was fabulous...but you still ruined it" I sulked as I put my shoes in my wardrobe. He had his hands on my waist and his chin on my shoulder before I had even closed the wardrobe door. I squirmed, his breath was cold.
"I'm sorry Callie. It's just that...we've been together for three years now, and I’m bound to get jealous"
"Three years?" I murmured, distracted.
"You started writing about me when you were 13. We've been together for a looong time" he answered.
"I suppose" I said as I went to sit on my bed.
"But I’m not going to let you be that ape's girlfriend" he warned as I sat. I hovered for a second while I stared at him and then crashed down onto my bed.
"What?" I whispered.
"You're mine...I’m not sharing" he answered.
I narrowed my eyes at him.
"It's fictional. I'm not actually yours" i scowled and rolled my eyes.
"Well," he said as he kissed me on the lips quickly "It's real for me and I’m not giving you up".
I groaned and rolled over onto my back. When was this strange, supernatural dream gonna end?! It was doing my head in! And I was scared for Rhys...very scared.
