"SAM time to wake up." She rolled on to her stomach and pulled the covers over her head.
"What Deb?" She asked annoyed. She peeked through the covers and saw it was only 7:38 in the morning.
"Well I met this guy and he has a younger brother and his your age so I thought maybe….if you wanna…double date." Deb said nervously.
I sat up and narrowed my eyes at her.
"Do I look like that kind of girl that goes on double dates?" She snapped at Deb. Deb smiled meekly at her.
"Well…."
Sam forced a smile.
"Hi I’m Sam." She said to the cute black haired. He smirked and nods his head.
"I’m Devon." He said and looked at the floor nervously. (De-v-en)
"Well we’ll let you kids have your fun now." Deb laughed. Sam shot her a look that pretty much said
Don’t-leave-me—here-alone-I’ll – kill- you sort of kind of look. She laughed nervously and gripped the hand of Daniel. Devon’s older brother and pulled him toward the exit.
"I hate her." she muttered and looked over at Devon.
"So wanna go snowboarding." Devon asked.
"I don’t know how." She confess to him suddenly feeling embarrass after all she is at a Skiing resort.
He muffled a laugh and reached over and took her hand.
"I’ll teach you." He said giving her a toothy smile. She nods her head blushing due to the fact she was holding his hand. His hand was hot and smooth. She watched as they left the lounge and towards his cabin where he grabbed me a board and some shoes and pants. They walked up towards the bunny hill well he walked she more like waddle.
"Alright give me both your hands." She did and they went down together she ends up falling forward and brought him down with her. They broke out in to a fit of laughter.
"Come on you can do it." She rolled her eyes but kept smiling. His blue eyes starred into her own she felt this churning in her stomach. Some of his black hair fell in front of his face as they got up. They walked back up the hill only to try once more.
"Wanna try again tomorrow." Devon asked they reached her cabin. She bit on her bottom lip and nods her head.
"If it’s fine with you oh this time I’ll have more own snowboarding stuff." She said smiling. He nods his head. They stood there awkwardly.
"Well good night pick you up at 10 tomorrow." She nods her head and hurried inside the cabin.
"Who was that?" She almost jumped but, looked at Danny.
"Some one." She said simply and walked past him.
"Your boyfriend." She snorted and shook her head.
"No his just a friend." She said and started up the stair.
"Hmm sure I bet just a friend." He slurred the word friend. Sam stopped and faced him and narrowed her eyes.
"Danny what is this to you, why do you even care that I made a friend." She snapped at him.
Danny pressed his lips together and starred at her she starred right back. She groaned and started to walk again. He didn’t follow her. She was grateful she didn’t feel like getting into a fight with Danny at the moment. She grabbed her I-pod and blasted Natural Disaster By the plain white t’s into her ears and laid back on to her new bed and reached for a book and started on page one.
