The best workout to help you get rid of cellulite.
If you want to get rid of cellulite, here's the best cellulite workout you could ever do.

Okay, are you ready?

Just line up at the track and take off running at full tilt for 20 straight minutes.

lol... rofl ;) Just kidding! There is no way that the body could sustain that. Otherwise, that would be one heck of a workout.

But since we can't do that, let's do one better.

Let's get our heart rate up into a max zone and let's maintain it while taking mini-rests along the way.

Let's also incorporate some exercises that will develop more lean muscle mass.

...and let's do it all in a matter of 20 minutes, not including warm up and cool down.

Total workout time is 30 minutes...and you only need to do this 3 times per week.

Here's the best cellulite workout broken down:

1. Warm Up for 5 Minutes: This should include 3 minutes of fast walking, jogging or some other type of movement like biking or rowing that gets the blood pumping. Then, you should do a light stretch for 2 minutes. Focus on the major muscles. Those muscles would include thighs, hamstrings, butt, calves, shoulders, back.

2. Interval Training: Now, pick your cellulite weapon - running, rowing, or freestyle swimming. Once you have the one you will do, go hard for 3 minutes, then walk/rest for 1 minute. Repeat this 3 times. (Total time 12 minutes)

3. Circuit Training: Now, quickly start doing squats (with or without weights). You can also use dumbbells. Keep doing repetitions for 1 minute. Then, do overhead dumbbell presses for 1 minute (Raise the dumbbell from your shoulders to above your head, then lower to shoulder height again). Repeat this 4 times. (Total time 8 minutes.)

4. Cool Down: Start walking for 2 minutes at a slow, but steady pace. Drinking some water, Gatorade or Powerade to get some liquids back into your system. Then, for the final 3 minutes of your workout time, just stretch.

This is a great cellulite workout. You should try this workout 3 times a week. It can be done outside, at home, or in a gym.

I must advise, though, that you should check with you doctor before doing this because it is a strenuous workout.

If you are new to working out, start out a little slower and work your way into a faster pace as you do this for a couple of weeks and get in better shape to handle the load.

For the days in between, try and do some type of physcial activity you love. That can be playing with the kids, playing intramural or recreational sports, walking at the lake or around the neighborhood. Whatever floats your boat.

This workout will really eliminate cellulite in all your problem areas and really get rid of cellulite on your legs.
