The Basic Behind Better Health

Today I'll share with you the basics behind many of my most successful healing programs. Problems such as Snoring, TMJ, Tooth grinding, Neck problems, Dizziness and Vertigo, Migraine and Headaches, Erectile dysfunction, Premature ejaculation, Fibromyalgia and even high blood pressure could be healed by understanding this basics.

If the basics behind these simple programs are understood, the same knowledge can be taken and used to work on several other conditions by yourself.

The basic body function is that the muscles move the bones by orders from the nerves. If the nerves do not order the muscles to move the bones, the muscles usually stay still. So if the muscles are relaxed, they'll stay relaxed till the nerves connected to them tell them to create tension to move some bones. And if the muscles are tense, they'll stay stiff till the nerves tell them to relax.

This system works extremely well, usually. Long periods of tense or unused muscles gives rise to problems, back and neck problems being the most common ones. The fact remains that most health problems are caused at least partly by chronic tension in some muscles.

Tension in the muscles may give rise to these four major problems :

1) The bones and body are moved by muscles. Wrong body position will be the result of long periods of tension in these muscle groups. Other muscles around the area will be made to compensate as these tense muscles can't do their normal job. The head pointing too much forwards is a common problem for most people, due to which muscle groups such as the jaw muscles will be relied on to balance the head – a work normally done by the neck muscles if they are not tense. This is one of the root causes for TMJ / other jaw problems. If jaw muscles are tense, the muscles around apply pressure on the breathing passages and snoring is the end result. One of the main causes of dizziness and vertigo is the wrong positioning of the head which gives rise to imbalance in the balance system of the ears and the eyes.

2) Tense muscles prevent blood flow throughout the body. Instead of supporting the veins delivering oxygen to every cell in the body, they actually block the blood flow. This is especially harmful when it comes to muscles that can prevent blood flow up to the brain. This kind of muscle tension causes migraine and other headaches. It also causes dizziness/vertigo and Fibromyalgia. The brain is not the only part of the body that needs oxygen filled blood; if the muscles around the genitals are tense, men will suffer erectile dysfunction.

3) Bones are locked by muscles in unnatural positions, if they are held tense for a long period of a time. The brain receives the pain signals when the bones eventually press on nerves. Including arthritis, almost all conditions that include pain are caused by tension in the muscles.

So what is the solution? It's simple. Move and stimulate the muscles that are stiff. Remember that muscles will not change their position till they get orders from the nerves that control them. These nerves are of course controlled by the brain, which hopefully is under your control. So get the muscles going and the pain and problem will go away.

By taking things back to the basic i have of course simplified things in this short article, yet the truth remains that solutions to many major health problems have been found by me, some of them were considered incurable by the traditional medical system. This has been effected by mostly focusing on loosening up both big and small muscles of the body. I'm discovering new conditions this simple method can heal – All the time !!
