The Agent that I Am
This is story about a girl that has a secret. And this story should be better than the last one. Hope you like it plz comment, it helps.
I kicked one guy where the sun don't shine, turned and punched another in the gut, then did a back flip to avoid being kicked by one more goon. ''Ha, can't catch me!!'' I said as I landed on my feet, with the grace and agility of a cat. I motioned for the next guy with my hand ''Bring it on pig.'' He charged at me, I did a very high kick to his chin and he's out for the count. One more guy jumped me from behind, I grabbed his arm and flipped him over my shoulder and he was on the ground. I stood in the mist of twelve men in black, who were sprawled out on the ground in every direction, they were hurt very badly and moaning. The guns they used to.....(lets use the word tried) tried to kill me with were on the ground as well. I picked one up and looked to see if there were any bulets left. Seeing that there weren't, I tossed it to the side. ''That was too easy,'' I said to myself, wiping off my hands in a took-care-of-that way. Just then, a knife was put against my throat and a hand pinned my arm to my back. From where the blade was being held, I could feel a slight sting and then I felt a small, warm stream of blood run slowly down my neck. Then I felt a hot breath on the back of my neck, it sent shivers down my spine. ''So, we meet again, Juliet'' a familiar, dark voice whispered in my ear.

There I was, standing in front of my new home. It was a three story white town house with a black iron fence and a half circle driveway in the front. The day was bright and cheery, which was just the opposite of how I was feeling. Let me introduce myself, my name is Juliet Ridder. I'm 16 years old, I have reddish brown partly wavy hair with a blue streak, it comes about waist length and brown-green eyes. I'm about 5'6 with sunkissed skin.
The moving van was parked out in the diveway with the movers taking boxs, furnisher and other stuff, into the house. My uncle came and put his hand on my shoulder, ''Well, this is our new home and the start of a new life.'' He had silvery white hair and a mustache to match, ice blue eyes, tan skin, was 5'9 and in his late fiftys. ''Ya, I guess.'' I said while still observing the movers. We had moved from the U.S. to London; England, which is where we were now.
''Why don't you go pick out your new room.'' He looked down at me and smiled, I smiled back, and ran into the house. As I entered I saw the stairs to my right and to my left was kinda like a sunken living room with a fireplace. To my far right is the kitchen, it looked decently big with an island in the middle, and straight back was the back door. I had to maneuver around piles of boxs and furnisher that was careless stacked in the middle of the hall. But, I didn't care right now, all I cared about was my new room.
My parents died in a mysterious accident, I never really like to talk about it. After there death I went to go live with my aunt and uncle, we moved because of some ''circumstances'' and are now in England, the land of tea.(I hate tea) They had given me a locket with their pictures in it and a little inscription that says 'We love and believe in you always.' I never take it off.
I ran up the stairs to the second floor, where there were three bedrooms to choose from. I looked in the first, ''Nope'' the second ''No'' the third ''Nada'' I sighed I didn't like any of these rooms. I walked to the end of the hall and looked out the window that overlooked the backyard. 'Big.' I thought. Then I looked up and saw a cord hanging from the ceiling. It was white so no one could really notice it. Curiosity got the better of me, I reached up and pulled the cord, and out of the ceiling came stars.
''Wow, ....okay.'' I went up the stars and found I was in an attic type room. The ceiling was triangle shaped and at the front of the room was a big, circular bay window that looked out over the front, with a little place to sit. ''Oh ya, this is gonna be my room.''
After the movers left and we were all settled in, it was a little later in the day. My uncle said that I could go over to the park across the street. I went upstairs grabbed my sketch pad from my new room and headed out the door. The park was a big one, it had a long gavel walkway down the middle with trees and grass lining the sides. The birds were chirping and the sun was shining, it was a beautiful afternoon. I sighed happily as I sat down under one of the trees, it was far enough away from the street so that I couldn't hear any noise. I looked around admiring the park, then opened my stretch pad and started drawing some of my anime characters.
I had only been drawing for about 30 minutes, when I heard some commotion down by the entrance of the park, I looked up and saw a boy running like heck down the street, he looked terrified. And he kept looking back over his shoulder for whatever he was running from. He looked about 16 maybe 17, with blonde wavy hair whipping around his head and fair skin. He turned into the park and started sprinting down the path towards me, then I looked towards the street and saw what he was running from. There were three other boys on bikes chasing him and they looked mean. He ran past me and was going pretty fast, but those boys were gaining.
I stood up knowing I had to do something, or they were going to hurt him, bad. I grabbed a stick that was laying next to me on the ground, and at the precise moment I threw it like a spear at the wheel of the first bike as it was going by. It got caught in the wheel, which made the bike stop so suddenly that the kid flew over the handle bars and landed in a hard face plant into the gravel. His friends skidded to a stop, hopped off their bikes and helped him up, the kid who I knocked down got up as his friends tried to dust him off. I thought that it was a good time to leave so I picked up my stuff and started to walk briskly back home.
But unfortunately I couldn't make a clean getaway because behind me I heard, ''Hey you!'' the kid who had spoken had an English accent. (Shocker) ''Are you the one who tripped me!'' I kept walking ''Hey!'' I heard running footsteps behind me, then I was forcibly yanked around to face whoever it was. ''Are you the one who tripped me!'' He had dirty brown hair (I think the dust contributed to that) and at the moment it looked like his eyes were red. His face was bleeding in numerous spots and he had a firm grip on my shoulders.
''Well technically the stick tripped you.'' I wasn't afraid of him. ''Why you little-'' He tried to punch me, but I did a block along with a flip (use your imagination) and he was on the ground. Then I turned and walked casually back home. Leaving his friends in shock and him groaning.
When I got home it was dark, (I had walked around the neighborhood a couple of times) I saw Millie (my aunt) and Joe (my uncle) unpacking the last of the boxes, we didn't bring much with us to begin with. ''Your stuff is all set in your bedroom, Juliet.'' ''Thanks Joe.'' I said, putting my stuff on the small medal table next to the door. ''How was your walk?'' Millie asked, taking a bowl out of a box and putting it on the table. ''Eventful.'' I smirked thinking of how I totally beat the living dog snot out of that bully in the park. ''Oh good, there's some leftover mac and cheese on the stove for ya.'' Millie said.
''With the little hot dogs?'' I asked eagerly, ''You know it.'' She smiled at me, I smiled back and ran into the kitchen to get my food. As I was eating I heard Joe say ''I think it should be soon.'' ''I agree.'' said my aunt. ''What are you talking about?'' I asked, with my mouth stuffed full of cheese. ''We are talking about having a housewarming party.'' said Joe.
''What!!'' I sprayed cheese and hot dog everywhere, then realizing what I had done, I covered my mouth with my hand. ''Juliet!!'' Yelled my aunt, upset that cheese was all over her clean kitchen. ''But that's inviting complete strangers into our home!'' I yelled wiping my mouth with my sleeve, then I got a dish towel and started to clean up the mess I made. ''We want to get to know our neighbors, Juliet. And besides, it's up to us, not you,'' My uncle said pointing a finger at me. ''But-'' ''No buts now go to your room and we will discuss this some other time, but not now. Now go to bed, you start school tomorrow.'' I sighed, ''Yes sir.'' I said and went upstairs to my room. I got ready for bed, which was easy because I had a bathroom in my room. ''That stupid uncle of mine is gonna get us all killed.''
After I put on my black silky PJs, I sat by my window looking at the stars, while fingering my locket. 'Why, why did you leave me?' I thought. Then started to hum a song my mother used to sing to me, it was called Send me a Song. When they disappeared I used to sing it whenever I felt sad. Sighing as I got up, I said my prayers and turned off the light. As I got under the covers I thought about tomorrow. 'Great, a new school, in a new city, in a new country that I hate.' I didn't really hate it, I was just mad that we had to move. 'But it's for my own safety.' I thought, then I snuggled further under the covers and went to sleep.
The next day I woke up at four in the morning, 'Guess I'm not used to the time difference yet.' I thought rubbing my eyes. ''Well, it's as good a time to get up as any.'' I got up took a long hot shower, got dressed, did my makeup, hair and other stuff. I put on a sapphire blue tank with a gold sun on it, jeans and white and black sneakers, I decided to wear my hair down. I looked at my clock, it read 6:01, so I decided to head downstairs.
When I arrived downstairs I fixed myself baked cheese on toast. 'I guess Joe and Millie are still asleep.' So, I made my breakfast and as I started to eat I could hear my aunt and uncle getting up. Millie came downstairs in her fluffy, pink bathrobe and matching slippers, she had a half zombie look on her face. I tried not to laugh because if I did, toast would come out my nose. ''Are you okay Millie?'' I asked hoping she was. ''Don't talk, coffee.'' She said in a groggy voice and staggered toward the coffee pot. ''I guess that was a no.'' ''Morning all.'' Said Joe hopping (yes, hopping) down the stairs. ''Good morning Joe. Why are you so happy?'' I asked finishing my toast. ''Because I've decided that this Saturday at 1300 hours we are going to have a housewarming party.''
''Uncle!!'' I yelled, clearly mad. ''I don't want any argument about it.'' ''But Uncle you don't know the dangers-'' ''No argument Juliet.'' I sat back down in my chair pouting. ''Fine. I'm off to school.'' I grabbed my backpack and books. ''Have fun!'' Millie yelled and waved goodbye, she looked alive now, coffee does miracles doesn't it?
It was now 7 as I started to walk to school. It was only a couple of blocks away, but I wanted to get there early. ''That- ahhhhh'' I was so mad, ''Why can't he have a little common sense, just a little.'' I was still mad by the time I reached school, it was a big school. As I walked to the main office I was getting some looks, death glares from girls and winks from guys.
I was trained to ignore it, heading toward the principal's office I was observing everything around me, the halls, rooms, kids, and lockers. As I entered the principal's office I saw he was finishing up with another student, and I waited patiently by the door. ''And I don't want it to happen again.'' He said pointing a finger at a boy sitting in the chair in front of his desk. I couldn't get a good look at his face from where I was standing.
''Now get to class, and remember, that one more screw up and it will be detention for a month.'' The kid got up to leave, he turned around and faced me. I then saw that it was the same kid I taught a lesson to the day before. He had scabs on his face from the beating I gave him. He stared at me for a moment, then gave me a death glare that said 'Your dead!' But I wasn't afraid of him, so I shot one back, mine said 'Don't mess with me.' He stormed past me, out the door and was gone.
I smirked and was still staring after him when I heard, ''Ah, you must be Juliet Rider, the new student.'' I turned around and saw the principal shuffling through papers on his desk. ''Yes sir.'' I said saluting him, he laughed ''Okay, here is your class schedule and your locker number.'' He handed me two pieces of paper. ''Thank you sir.'' I took them and headed out the door.
I looked at the paper that had my locker number on it, then headed in the direction it was located in. I found my locker, opened it and put my backpack inside, I stood there holding my books looking at my schedule. Then someone bumped me making me drop my books, some girls walking past giggled at my mishap, but of course they didn't help. ''Of course.'' I sighed and started to pick up my papers, as I was doing so I didn't notice someone helping me.
I stood up while brushing a loose hair out of my face, and looking up and saw the same boy who was running through the park the other day.
