The 20 Minute Workout That Turns Back The Clock
Do you know how to use this 20 minute a day workout you can help reduce the effects of aging? Then find out right here in this article.
If you, like millions of other people interested in health and fitness, have never heard of the Five Tibetan Rites, you'll be surprised to learn that in only 20 minutes a day, this antiaging workout can reverse the aging process, plus increase and balance your physical and mental energies!
The ancient practice of Yoga has long been known for its health benefits, but what is not as well-known is the modern version of the Yogic tradition known as the Five Tibetan Rites.
the great thing is that anyone, regardless of gender, age, or fitness level, can practice the Five Tibetan Rites. In only twenty minutes a day, when done faithfully, this anti aging workout will minimize both your stress levels and the muscular tension which accompanies them, and normalize your breathing.
You'll experience improved digestion, healthier cardiovascular function, and a more relaxed approach to living. As your physical and mental processes begin to work in harmony, the rate at which you age will slow. What other anti-aging regimes can promise all of that?
You'll be falling asleep more easily, remaining asleep throughout the night, and awakening feeling fully rested. You'll have more energy, and fewer health problems than you've had in years. Your memory will be sharper and your joints more flexible, you weight will drop, and you will be experiencing rejuvenation from the inside out!
What exactly is responsible for the power of the Five Tibetan Rites? Their magic lies in their connection to the seven major charkas of your body.
Your major charkas at the Root Chakra, at the base of your spine; the Sacral Chajras at your navel; the Solar Plexus charka; the heart Chakra; the Throat Chakra; the Third Eye Chakra in the center of your forehead; and the Crown Chakra on the top of your head. Each of these charkas "spins," and in doing so, drives negative energies from your body and mind.
The Five Tibetan Rites are designed to increase the rate at which each of the Chakras spins, more efficiently reducing your negative energies, and replacing them with positive and rejuvenating prana energies.
The First Exercise
In the first of the Five Tibetan Rites, for example, you will stand upright with your arms extended horizontally at shoulder level parallel to the floor and with your palms facing down. You will spin counterclockwise for five revolutions, and then clockwise for five revolutions, and then take two or three deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling fully.
The Second Exercise
The second of the Five Tibetan Rites will have you lying face-up on the floor with your arms at your sides and your palms, with fingers close together, facing down. You will raise your head enough so that your chin rests against your chest. At the same time lift your legs so that they are fully vertical without bending your knees.
Attempt to extend your legs up to the vertical, without allowing your knees to bend. The slowly lower both your knees and head to the starting position, relax for a few moments, and repeat the stretch. Again finish by taking two or three deep breaths.
You should perform these two exercises, and each of the other Five Tibetan Rites, in sets of five repetitions at the beginning, and work your way up to twenty-two repetitions as you become more flexible and fitter.
When you're done, you'll feel energized, centered, refreshed and ready to tackle your day. It's interesting how this feeling happens after such a short but effective exercises session.
And the other great thing about these rites, is that you can do them anywhere. Whether you are travelling or at home, you just need some floor space and a little bit of time, and away you go! You are ready to experience all the benefits or rejuvenation without needing to buy a single piece of equipment.
In only twenty minutes each day, the Five Tibetan Rites will have you looking, feeling, and actually being younger, as they re-energize you both physically and mentally.
