The 14th of February
Nature.
Everywhere I look I see red
A color I sometimes dread
The sun shining,
And smiling on everyone.
The dominance of white.
Everywhere looks so bright.
Smiles on the faces of people.
The intensity of love increases
The air is thick with gaiety
The atmosphere is filled with passion
Fun and laughter pierces the air
Couples flock around;
With hands intertwined like a spider's web
Happy faces abound
Declaration of love
Renewal of love
Everywhere;
Like a garden full of red roses,
And white lilies.
The fourteenth of February,
A shiny spot in my month so dreary.
A color I sometimes dread
The sun shining,
And smiling on everyone.
The dominance of white.
Everywhere looks so bright.
Smiles on the faces of people.
The intensity of love increases
The air is thick with gaiety
The atmosphere is filled with passion
Fun and laughter pierces the air
Couples flock around;
With hands intertwined like a spider's web
Happy faces abound
Declaration of love
Renewal of love
Everywhere;
Like a garden full of red roses,
And white lilies.
The fourteenth of February,
A shiny spot in my month so dreary.
