One mother
Two kids no dad
That’s it
She’s a slut but it pays the rent
The kids...they starve
There just bones and skin
The mom....she drinks and hits them
The boy says nothing but tries to make her stop
The girl cuts then tries to hide the marks
The mom is all messed up
She’s done way too many drugs
Comes home drunk
Strikes the boy but he strikes back
Mom takes a knife to his back
Girl call the crops but there to late
He’s dead and the girl is devastated
Mom gets jail time murder one
And the girl is left for state to deal with
Foster home to foster home
She has no real home
The marks are growing on her arm
She wonders if it’s worth it at all
No life
No friends
One razor one slit
