That Place

Its a deep dark place inside your mind, one I hope no one ever found
Hiding there in the back of my mind
In a place I wish
I could not find

lie the dark little monsters
that crawl around
speaking there doubt
there hurt profound

It's where the deep black curtains hang
the ones that shields my thoughts in vain
get ripped down with a startling bang
making me think of unmentionable pain

dark shadows lay all around
spiders crawling up and down
while big long snakes
restrict around your face

Darkness thrives
and lights diminished
no angles there to help you finish
figuring out this awful place
to escape into the hatch
of o'holly faith

For now I have it nice and tight
tied up through all the night
I can resist its pull
to make me go
deeper inside
then I should really go

I fell it waiting for me to snap
take away my sanity
my peaceful naps

It wants to remove my divine desserts
and leave me with nothing
but a throbbing hurt
forcing me to take that knife
and end my days upon this earth
