This poem describes what my friends and boyfriend make me feel...
My heart was barren
Like an empty field

My smile was sad
And didn’t reach my eyes

Then I met my friends
And it all changed

Now my heart is full
Like a wheat field at harvest

And when I smile
I have to laugh too
