What is Terminal Insomnia?

- Emotional Causes: Any kind of emotional feelings that result in anger, frustration and depression have been found to cause terminal insomnia. If you are the kind who does not like to accept that you are facing an emotional problem, or the kind that represses her/his feelings and doesn't feel the need to communicate with anyone regarding these problems, you are likely to suffer from terminal insomnia. This is because the repressed feelings are relegated to the subconscious, where they keep gnawing at you and begin to affect you by means of disturbed sleep.

As you narrow down the causes of this problem, you can opt for a suitable treatment for this condition. Sometimes, even recurring dreams can be a reason you may wake up at a particular time and find it difficult to go back to sleep.
