Little did he know that when he broke my heart, he broke my spirit too…
Tears fall for you tonight
As I morn you memory
I've cried so long
And I’ve cried so hard
That I can barely breathe
I don't know myself without you
And I don't like what I’ve become
I have no feeling left inside
I always feel so numb

Tears fall for you tonight
As this gun goes to my head
I can't take it all
I can't take the pain
It should have been me instead

Tears fall for you tonight
As I drink this poison down
Then it will be done
It will all be over
I can finally get away
From the sorrow all around

Tears fall for you tonight
As I say my last goodbye
But even when I’m gone
I'll be forever crying
Tears falling for my forgotten love
