- ½ cup Buttermilk
- ¾ cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2¼ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 crushed clove of Garlic
- 1½ tsp minced Shallot
- ½ tsp Celery Seed
- 1½ tsp chopped fresh Chives
- 1½ tsp Dijon Mustard
- Combine together all the ingredients, and stir well to blend the flavors.
- To enhance the flavor, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
