Sweet Despair

Just please read and comment...
I take these pills
And cut my wrists
To heal the damage that you've done
I hide in the dark
And silently cry
So no one sees the pain inside
I run away
But only at night
So no one sees my fear
I want to scream
But I keep it in so nobody can hear
I try to get out
I fight so hard
But this has a hold on me
I sing a song of sweet despair
I don't dare tell
The secret that I’m keeping
I tell them that I am ok
And keep a smile on my face
When all the while I’m weeping
