What could be better than summer?
Days of fun.
When life seems easy
And slow.
Sandy beaches and
Ocean waves.
Days of heat
And nights of
A million stars.
Summer days
Long and hot.
Ice cream cones
And B-B-Q.
Give me a burger
Or two.
Summer sun and
Days of fun.
When life is good
And days are long.
Wishing and hoping
Summer days would
Last much longer
Before the autumn
Sets in and days
Grow colder.
