Summer Cocktails
Summer is almost here and you might want to find ways to beat the rising temperatures. Read on for some cool and refreshing summer cocktails that will cool you off!

La Chic Martinique
Ingredients
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce Rum
- Splash of Fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Soda water
- Zest of lime
Mix vodka, rum, lime juice and simple syrup together and shake it over ice. Add a splash of soda and shake until frothy. Pour it into a martini glass. Add the lime zest and its ready to serve.
Ruby Sparkler
Ingredients
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce red grapefruit juice
- Seltzer
- 1/2 ounce grenadine
- Raspberries
Combine the vodka, grapefruit juice and grenadine in a cocktail shaker, along with a few ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain it into chilled wine flute. Top it with seltzer and use the raspberries for garnishing. Your ruby sparkler is set to cool you off!
Blue Hawaiian
Ingredients
- 1 ounce vodka
- i ounce light rum
- Pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce blue Curacao
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- crushed ice
Combine all the ingredients except crushed ice and mix it thoroughly. Then shake it over crushed ice and serve.
Ultimate Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 5 ounce light rum
- Pineapple juice
- Crushed pineapple
- 1 small banana
- 3 ounce coconut cream
- Crushed ice
Mojito
Ingredients
- 2 ounce white rum
- Half a lime, chopped
- 6 mint leaves
- 1/2 ounce sugar syrup
- Soda water
- Crushed ice
In a cocktail shaker, place mint leaves, lime and sugar syrup and blend well. Add crushed ice and rum and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled glasses and top it with soda.
Fruity Rum Punch
Ingredients
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 2 drops Angostura bitters
- Lemon juice
- Orange juice
- Pineapple juice
- Sugar syrup
- Crushed Ice
Mix all the ingredients and shake it over ice vigorously. Pour into glasses and garnish with orange wedges.
