Method 1:
Ingredients:
Aloe vera gel (Small amounts)
Vitamin C crystals (Small amounts)
Essential oils (1-2 drops)
50 % white cane sugar (avoid organic sucanat)
50 % vegetable glycerin (This is useful to moisten the sugar)
Hibiscus powder (for the color, use only if desired)

Instructions:
You need to combine all the ingredients in a bowl. To test it, you can use some of it on your hands. Massage it gently into the skin. The scrub needs to be kept on the skin for a period of 3-4 minutes. This will cause it to tighten as well. Rinse with plain water. Method 2: (Sugar scrub for the body)
Sugar (2 cups –You can make a mix of coarse natural brown and basic white sugar or you can use only individual sugars for this sugar scrub recipe.
Vanilla beans (Use whole organic)
Organic lavender essential oil.
Oil (You can go for any natural oil extracted from a fruit or nut. Cooking oil is a no no, baby oil would be a better option)
A container with a lid.

Instructions:
First, place the vanilla beans in the dry sugar. Cover this and keep it for a period of one to two weeks. Now, remove the vanilla beans and cover the sugar till it saturates with the oil. Exercise caution to avoid the sugar getting saturated more than necessary. Now, add a few drops of lavender oil as well.

Use this sugar scrub on your body for baby soft skin and rinse well. This sugar scrub is meant only for the body and not for the face or hair. Such sugar scrubs can be stored in the bathroom for further use.

Method 3:
Ingredients:
Clear Plastic jar (1)
Sugar (1 cup)
Lemon juice (optional)
Extra virgin olive oil (1/2 cup)
Essential oils (Scented-optional)

Instructions:
You need to mix the sugar and the olive oil in the plastic container. Add any of the scented essential oils, which are suitable for your skin. Some oils tend to make you feel more refreshed than ever; you can go in for peppermint oil or orange oil. To use, you can place some of the homemade scrub on a washcloth and rub it gently in circles on the required area.
